Great Physio centre so close to home too. The practitioners have a wealth of knowledge in their specified areas of expertise. They are kind and considerate (especially in the last two years of COVID). Freya was very empathetic and nurturing. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5

The best physio I've ever come across

Allan was recommended to me by my PT after having ongoing knee and back issues. I've been to see physio's before who have fobbed me off with routine stretches, not really getting anywhere and always ending up back at square one. I've been something of a challenge to Allan, with my many issues, but he has thoroughly explained everything along the way and kept me fully aware of what he is doing and why. I finally feel like I'm getting on top of a 16 year issue and really can't recommend Allan and the clinic enough. Keep up the good work!

Wow what a experience with Laura Houston. Seen her twice now with my foot injury. She's great .attention to details , very knowledgeable . I highly recommend her. My foot my much better after seen her only twice. Make sure you ask for Laura Houston when you ring them. Thanks Laura and keep up the good work. You are real legend .

My daughter experienced several football related injuries last year. At the time of her last injury Allan was recommended to us. He not only treated the injury but took the time to determine the underlying cause and has been working tirelessly to correct this with great results. Allan gives simple explanations that are easy to follow. I also appreciate the calm relaxed atmosphere of the new clinic. I highly recommend Allan and the team at Dynamic Physio.

My family and myself having been going to Dynamic physio for almost a year now and they have been nothing but professional and welcoming. When I injured my knee I was originally seeing another physio and after weeks of no change in recovery my dad told me to see a physio at Dynamic physio(where he was going).Straight away they knew what was wrong and within a few sessions I could see the difference in the recover of my knee. Not only do they provide a great service all the therapists are friendly and easy to have a conversation with which is important otherwise sessions could be quite awkard. So if you ever have an injury go check these guys out they are fantastic!

Rarely have to have physio, but when I do I always get good care when coming to d Dynamic Physio. Was seeing Mei at first with a wrist injury(2years ago), before she left and she was awesome and helped me make a full recovery I also Tom for shoulder injury. He's professional, provides awesome care and physio services. Answers any queries and shows great skill in what he does. *Update* I saw Laura Houston for alot of my recent injuries(2019-2021) such as a Torn Bicep, Pirifirmis Syndrome and a sprained knee. She is so intelligent and super talented at her job. She helped me rehab back into the sport im so passionate about - Boxing. Thank you Laura. It was such a shame you left, but the team here is no doubt amazing! Cheers dynamic physio.

Dynamic Physio treated my injury thoroughly with physiotherapy, acupuncture and strengthening exercises. I was able to get back to normal activities within a few weeks. Tahna is amazing and they are all super friendly, as well as being really affordable.

Great friendly place. Jonathan recently treated me for a recurring persistent lower back problem. With each session he would adjust the exercises based on recovery and my physical ability. My back has been great since and I would happily recommend.

I sustained multiple injuries to my left leg that resulted in a crushed talus, snapped tendons and more.After multiple surgeries and at 92kg, I never thought that I would walk on this foot again. Allan's treatment techniques combined with his indepth knowledge of the human anatomy have paved the road to my recovery. Highly recommended to all.

After suffering a knee injury during a sporting event, I sought help from Allan, who not only helped me to recover from injury, but is also assisting me to work towards more ambitious fitness goals. I can now run longer distances without pain. I've been really pleased with my experience at Dynamic Physio.

While pregnant and after birth, I seemed to pick up a few injuries that left me in a great amount of pain. It was difficult to under take normal day activities, especially with a new born! I went to visit Tahna at Dynamic Physio. She was very professional and passionate, and the clinic was very clean and had a nice relaxing vibe to it. Tahna helped to pinpoint what the problem was and explained to me how we could fix it. It was great because I left there feeling that I understood what was wrong and felt confident that I had a plan to become pain free! She also was very diligent and emailed a full plan of all the exercises to me with a recorded number of pain so I could easily keep track of my improvements. Tahna recommended acupuncture in addition toy my exercises and treatment. I was a bit weary as I am afraid of needles, but Tahna helped me feel relaxed. It was great to have the combination of physio treatment and accupuncture in one place! All in all I would highly recommend Dynamic Physio!

I've had a long and frustrating journey with various random injuries and ills and Allan has been incredibly patient and persistent along my road to recovery. Awesome team, lovely new rooms; keep up the good work guys!

Knowledgeable, skilled and energetic team. Very professional environment, but also very personable and down to earth. Great for recovery from sports or work injuries of which I've had a fair share.

Hi! I am Shiela Espino and I just want to share my experience in Dynamic Physio.. “When I began my therapy at Dynamic Physio , I did not know if I live normally again because of my lower back pain . The therapists named Tahna coached me and trained my muscles and nerves with gradually increasing strengthening exercises and recuperation activities. Throughout the months the therapists' positive attitudes and caring gave me the hope and ease the pain in my lower back. Now I know I can live a pretty good life and even though sometimes the pain is back because the nature of my job, I been shown how to manage it. I had a SHOULDER INJURY which was very severe.i am a medical doctor and was aware of long lasting pain especially at my age.I was looked after by TOM MASON a young man ,who was very methodical, efficient, pleasant and friendly.Being in medical profession i was also keenly observing his methods of assessment.HE was indeed perfect noting down my slow progress. and encouraging me.AT SOME POINT i was worried the pain is going to be permanent, but with good care and efficient treatment here i am completely cured and happy due to persistent and good care of TOM MASON AND DYANAMIC PHYSIO,
