W.Have had a lower back pain for a while, I went here for acupuncture and it was a massive help for and the pain I had. My sessions were with Tim, he was friendly, made me feel at ease and was very reassuring on how the process was going to go. Would highly recommend everyone to visit Jf Physio!

T.If you're looking for a physio/acupuncturist for your injury. I recommend JF physio because the whole team is good at what they do. Matt, Tim and Kiki has been amazing. Very professional and quick with responses. They're also quick with rescheduling appointments and always stick to their time. They're experts in treating injuries / pain, and listen to clients well. Really happy with the work they have put in. You get the best 1 hour session $18-20 with ACC! :)
H.Matthew is always responsive on bookings and provides detailed feedback about my injuries. I have personally used JF physio often and I highly recommend trying the acupuncture + physio sessions for faster recovery
M.Matt was very friendly and professional during my entire physio session. He was very knowledgeable in identifying my problematic areas. The treatment I received minimised lots of stiffness on my shoulders and helped me with a better night sleep :) 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for affordable and good quality Physiotherapist in the Auckland area!

A.Jf physio is amazing. They know how, can do attitude allows me to get back on my feet so quickly. One practioner gave me a simple advice of how to realign my body after working out, so relaxing that I almost snooze....
B.This place is fantastic, Matt and the team are highly professional and knowledgeable. I've had back pain for a number of years now from numerous gym injuries and after seeing Matt it's definitely helped and sped up the recovery immensely, they also offer acupuncture with a team of amazing staff which really complements the physio treatments. Would highly recommend for any sporting injuries.

J.Amazing experience with their acupuncturist (Kiki). Not only was her treatment super helpful, she also provided me with information on how to manage my other health conditions. Matt has also been really good to work with! He always ensures that I am comfortable and will always greet me with a smile no matter how late or busy he is! Definitely will continue using this service!
