Going to Sarah changed my life! Using the Thoracic ring approach which Sarah is highly skilled in, Sarah got to the root cause of what was triggering the chronic pain that I had been living with for over 10 years. I have visited a number of health practitioners over the years but Sarah has been the only one that has had the knowledge and skills to be able to resolve my thoracic pain issue. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I've had back pain and problems for over a year and seen a few different physios who made the pain better for a few days but then it always came back. Sarah on the other hand has caused a lasting result in such a short time. Her treatment is effective and super affordable, she doesn't drag your progress out so you have to keep coming back. I am so grateful to Sarah for helping me and would recommend her to anyone. Plus she is super lovely and you really feel she cares about you getting better!

I visited Sarah after suffering a severe upper thoracic sprain. I'd been on strong pain meds for some time. I'd suffered reoccurring back issues since 2011 and was being pushed towards a surgical intervention. Sarah listened to my concerns around the cause, which stemmed from a hip imbalance and worked on my weaknesses and the cause, not the immediate symptoms - this enabled me to get back my mobility far sooner than i had anticipated. I can't speak highly of her and her approach enough. She's an outstanding physio.
