M.I have been coming here for so many years and loving the friendship between us and with Angela, Sandy and Cassy. Love the laughs and appreciate their knowledge of Pilates poses. So far I never had the same Pilates movement in every class and never get bored of it and yet regain the stronger muscle each time. Recommend this place for our well being!

d. t.I have been going to Peak Pilates for over 10yrs now to the Mat class. I find it excellent with the instructors closely watching and clearly instructing each exercise. I find it beneficial to my health and mobility, especially getting older. I look forward to every Monday class and will keep going as long as I am able. Everyone from reception to instructors are very friendly and professional.

M. T.One of the best pilates studios in Auckland! Everyone at Peak Pilates BOTANY is professional and friendly. I see my strength return slowly after rorator cuff injury. They also offer physiotherapy that works. It actually did aid my recovery.
