I've been going to physio moves for a few months now for a knee injury and then an ankle injury and have had Rachel every time. Loved having her as my physio, she always makes sure I understand everything and explains everything extremely well. Would 100% recommend Physio Moves to anyone

This is my local physio and I have been going there on and off for the past year, with different injuries and with every physio therapist there. Recently I have been lucky enough to have Rachel as my physio, and she is very kind, knowledgeable, funny, attentive, good with advice or recommendations, and worth listening to if she tells you not to do an activity. For other patients I would highly recommend her, and I felt very comfortable with her as she takes times and effort to learn about her patients. Physio moves at botany is a really good place to go to if in need of help, they take care of you like family. Thank you for being a great physio :))

Marc really takes the time to understand his clients’ injuries while genuinely caring about his clients and works extremely hard towards their recovery. Absolutely amazing! Would recommend Tim to anyone! I went to physio moves botany late last year with terrible shoulder pain (on both shoulders). It was so painful I could not even bring my arms up 45 degrees without feeling really bad pain. I met with Tim and he took his time to assess me to really get to the root of the issue. He sent me for tests and did not give up on finding out the root of my issue. I had been to doctors and other places and they placed me in the “to hard basket” but Tim found the issue and kept working at it - and I can say I am almost at 100% again and I never thought I would be. Also, during the lockdown they did not stop taking care of their patients and would arrange video meeting to assess and keep track of progress. They take really great care of all their patients!

Awesome experience at this physio with Rachel, who helped me to rehab my thumb which I had injured playing basketball. She was really knowledgable and empathetic, and I'd highly recommend booking a session with her to help rehab any joint pains or injuries!

I have seen many physios and even spinal surgeons for a reoccuring back injury, most have not been able to make a real difference to my condition or have referred me on because they couldn't help me any further. Marc took the time to work out what was happening with my back, He provided effective treatment, significantly reduced my pain levels and symptoms, and helped me with exercises to strengthen my back and also prevent further injury. Marc takes the time to explain to you what is happening so that you understand the underlying cause and also understand how to prevent this injury again. Physio Moves is definitely the best physio I have visited in Auckland. Thanks team!!!
