Sunny is an extremely knowledgeable Physiotherapist. His warm and welcoming personality makes you feel right at home. He truly cares about his patients and seeing them get better and he likes to follow up to make sure they have improved and that they’re comfortable. Sunny at Physio360 is the best physio I have ever been to out of a number of different Physio's across Wellington, Dunedin and Auckland. Sunny is super caring and switched on guy. He genuinely cares about getting you back and moving as quick as possible. I have been to Sunny for two different injuries and I couldn't this Physio360 enough. 11/10.

I've been a patient of Sunny and Physio360 for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. In an age where a lot of other physios try to get you into their clinic multiple times to clip the ticket as many times as possible. Sunny and the team at Physio360 have a refreshing philosophy, they treat you effectively and look to get your back up and running as quickly as possible. I couldn't be more happy with the service and treatment they give me.

After reading reviews on Sunny at Physio360 I decided to pay him a visit as I am new in town and was looking for physio who could treat certain issues I have been battling with for quite some time. Sunny was great, he really listens to what you have to say, is very thorough in his treatments and seems to put great care and thought into getting his patients well again. Very satisfied with my progress after Sunny's treatments!

I am so grateful and thankful to Sunny and his excellent team at Physio 360 for saving my running career. What makes Sunny stand out from the rest is his experience, innovative, knowledge on why and the how. Once I was fully assessed on my calf injury, I was given very effective treatment which took most of the pain away immediately. A few more sessions and exercises later placed me on the path to 100% recovery. I came back even more stronger from all of this too. Overall Sunny is the best and most effective physio and I highly recommend him if you are dealing with an injury!

Sunny is a healer I had a tremendous experience with Sunny at Physio 360. I was referred by a friend who assured me I was going to see somebody who could help me. Sunny is a thorough nd caring person who digs deep in the understanding with the client before he prescribes any remedy. Once he understood my situation I was on a swift and easy road to recovery. I cannot recommend him more highly. I went from not being able to walk at all comfortably to being back on both legs in a very short space of time. Great diagnosis/fantastic people skills and affordable. Thanks for all you did for me Sunny!!!!!

After spraining and fracturing my ankle I was advised by my doctor to attend physio. I learnt so much from Lisa and the team at Physio 360 about how to speed up my own recovery and how to prevent future similar accidents occurring. The education and exercises were very clear and helpful and I'm much further ahead than I would have been because of the advice and treatment I received from them. Strongly recommended.

We HIGHLY recommend Sunny to anyone needing physio work done. He has treated our staff through the years for our aches and strains, and each time we come away feeling better and stronger. He has kept us functioning effectively under heavy working conditions of up 14-16 hours a day and takes away the guess work of finding a good physio who can accommodate us outside business hours and on weekends. Definitely worth taking time to see him, his knowledge of anatomy and how the body works is the best we have seen so far! Well done mate! Keep it up!

Sunny is hands down the best physio I've ever had, and I've been going to physios a lot in the last 20 years. I'm very active so I've had a few injuries. The most notable injury Sunny treated was an injured scapula that had been bugging me for more than a year. Other physios had been treating it completely ineffectively. They tended to just go through their paces without really making any progress. However, Sunny took an extremely scientific approach: he assessed the injury, and then tried a few different treatment methods. Eventually, he settled on acupuncture, a theragun, and laser treatment. Long story short, in about 3 treatments, he effectively dealt with 80-90% of the pain I had. In contrast, all other physios had a 5% effect over an ENTIRE YEAR. Sunny is amazing: scientific, innovative and resourceful. I don't think I will go to another physio again! Massive, massive recommendations for Sunny!

Sunny managed to identify and correct some issues/inhuries I've been carrying for over a decade. Everyone else treated the symptoms, Sunny looked for and addressed the underlying causes. I've now been injury free for longer than any time since my 20s - and that was a long time ago! I thoroughly recommend Sunny and Physio360 as a great clinician and clinic.

I have seen Sunny on several occasions, mainly for various rugby injuries. He is always looking for better ways to rehab and get me back on the paddock quicker than expected. He takes a genuine interest in people and finds out what makes them tick and what works best for them. This always adds to great conversations while been treated. Thanks Sunny

I'm incredibly impressed and happy with the level of care I received from both Sunny and Johnny. They are not only very experienced professionals but actually care about your wellbeing. I would 100% recommend them. They got me back on track (frozen shoulder, which I was in a lot of pain with) but I have to add that I enjoyed their company, they make you feel very welcome and even tho I'm happy to be back on the mend I am sad to say goodbye! Thank you both so much!

Sunny has an extensive physio knowledge and really invests himself into his clients condition. He looks for specific recovery solution in optimal time. Great treatment, advice, bants, plus the client base to back his physio!

I was recommended to Physio 360 and am very pleased with my experience. I had an ankle injury which was still very painful after a week and found it difficult to walk. Sunny was quick to discover the problem, he was able to fix it straight away and alleviate the pain. He also gave advice on how to get rid of the scarring that was likely after my stitches were removed. I am so grateful for the help I received. Thank you

I’ve been to a few physios before and honestly, to me, a physio is a physio is a physio; they all basically do the same thing - rub the bit that hurts until it doesn’t anymore. However, not here. Sunny really understands the ‘why’ which in turn really helps the ‘how’. He introduced me to dry needling. He gave me a full rundown on what it is, what it does, why it works, and how it helps. And boy does it help. I went in with an issue with my knee. Sunny worked out that it was a combination of many other muscle groups contributing to my pain. And within 2 sessions, I’m feeling so much better. But above all that, Sunny doesn’t pressure you into returning every single week. There’s no immediate rebook, no guilt if you don’t actually need to go back right away. So now I just book in when I feel I need to. He also gives you exercises to do to help the issue, and they’re always manageable and easy to fit into your daily routine. For me, I’m rolling on a $4 massage ball Fromm kmart while I’m watching TV! I feel very valued as a patient of Sunny, and I think that many other physios should take not of his practices. 5/5 any day!!

Great place, I had appointments with Sunny and Lisa and both are of great value to recover from a sport injury. Sunny is really keen to explain the science behind the injury and to see you just enough times to put you on the recovery path.

Meet Sunny as he was the newly appointed the New Zealand National Ice Hockey team Physio. As the training camp went on he was excellent at identifying certain niggles and Injuries and treating them fast and efficiently. A year has gone by now and I still go to see him regularly. I couldn't recommend him enough, great chat, plus expert knowledge equals quality treatment and full recovery. He is also the Botany Swarm team physio and is the link keeping the club running at peak performance. Doing so with a smile. Thanks for everything mate!

I went to Physio 360 for a neck sprain. I'm very happy with how it went . I had 6 sessions there and Lisa helped me a lot to recover from the injury. Definitely recommend this physio.

Great crew! Been to other physio’s but Sunny and the crew really take the time to figure out all possible solutions. Sent me to get an ultrasound on my tibia to get proper diagnosis. They treated me for Periostitis. Only physio I’ll go to if in Auckland.

Sunny, can't thank you enough mate. I came in with a really bad wrist injury which I got during indoor soccer, starting a new job and one that is heavily reliant on computer usage I really couldn't afford to not have a working wrist. That special laser treatment and K tape combo worked a treat. After one session I dramatically improved and was back typing. Will definitely send some of my injured friends your way if needed! Hands down best Physio I have been too. Very switched on new exactly how to get me back on my feet. Helpful in so many more ways then just a regular physio.
