Before I came to Fred I had lost faith in physio and thought my back injury would never heal. Within the first two sessions I had already felt a huge improvement, and within five sessions the pain had completely gone. He cares about his patients and his approach to treatment is exactly what I needed and actually fixes the root cause of the issue. Thank you mate I cannot recommend you enough!

Fred has shown an unmatched understanding of how injuries should be treated and understands my personal goals . Unlike services I have used in the past, the RX movement has helped me by providing treatments that deliver long term results. Highly recommended for athletes that want to perform better or wanting to treat an injury. RX Movement are also ACC registered which helps with claims and insurance.

Best physiotherapist I've been treated by hands down. Great with his hands and elbows. His holistic approach is great. The breathing drills he had me complete really improved my core streght.

I have been going to Fred for the last 7 years( ( not continuously - just when he is needed). Getting older now and all sorts of things happening to the body. He is always really good to diagnose what is wrong and gives good advice to fix my ailments. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the body. He is very diligent in actually finding out what is wrong with you rather than just taking a stab in the dark which is what I have found some other physios do. My daughter also goes to him, and due to all her sports, she has had many issues. She trusts him so much, that whatever the ailment she would rather get Fred's opininion than going to the doctor. His motto is not to just fix it for now but to give you the tools/exercises to make sure the issue does not return.
