C.Highly recommend! I have only worked with Andrew (the owner) getting accupunture and he is outstanding.
Very observant and has a natural care and compassion for his patients
Clearly states what he believes is unbalanced and his plan to heal while regularly checking in with your symptoms to ensure the treatments are beneficial and you not coming without achieves lasting results.
Open minded and flexible while offering a professional and reasonably priced product.
You leave feeling like part of the family.
R.Andrew is a gifted acupuncturist. I came in with damage to my SI joint, couldn't walk in, and walked out an hour later. I am treated as a whole person, with treatment being given the necessary time needed, sometimes over and above what most services would offer. The physiotherapy is a great support offered with acupuncture. The Team are warm; welcoming and efficient , and work hard to fit you in. Nice to have parking and lovely up market facilities. Important that the cost is affordable. They are really my health care provider of choice. Most grateful.
T.I am very thankful to Andrew and Bob for the care, treatment and relief I got at West Auckland Physio. They are kind, patient & knowledgeable. Andrew explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He is also a great conversation starter and exuberant person. His great demeanour has really put me at ease during every session. I am fully recovered from my pain with Cupping and Acupuncture therapy. So I highly recommend them.
S.I have recently started seeing Andrew for Cupping and Acupuncture. I cannot recommend him and the clinic enough. Clean, professional and I am getting great results- he has totally made me feel at ease about something I was very nervous about.
I have had no hesitation in telling me friends the great results I have had from here.

I have stubborn elbow pain, at some stage I thought I have to put up with this in the rest of my life.
I am very thankful to Alan as he helped me through to feel the freedom of a strong body again, he played the magic!
He is knowledgeable , professoonal, caring.
He takes time to listen, he treated me as a whole person and always make me feel at ease.
Apart from that, the clinic has handy location, convenient parkings, variety choice of booking slots, friendly staff, efficient services, nice environment, complete facilities.
I would highly recommend this Physio to all my friends.
R.Excellent levels of professional service by a team of highly skilled practitioners up-to date and fully resourced by Andrew to undertake their work in a wide variety of areas. There is no evidence of any casualness in their approach to you as a patient with their fully focused staff and I highly recommend this clinic for any physiotherapy you may require.

Especially, if you are looking for acupuncture treatment, Troy was amazing acupuncturist for my first ever treatment! Highly recommended for everyone :) Thank you guys i am much better now !
K.Fantastic treatment, lovely staffs. Alan is highly motivated physiotherapist, got into the base of the problem and given me exercises, management skills to help with day to day physical challenges. Initially I was a bit dubious with acupuncture treatment, but troy has been very gentle and helped immensely with my pain. I couldn't have asked for any better physio experience.

I first sought support from Troy for acupuncture during my pregnancy a couple of years ago, and have since worked with Troy, Andrew and Alan for a range of injuries and ailments with acupuncture and physio. M.I'm very happy with my treatment at West Auckland Physio. I was a patient for many months whilst I had physio and acupuncture treatment for a back injury. Alan is a great physio and really listened to the elements of my lifestyle that are important for me and formulated a really specific plan to get me back out and about! Troy is a really caring acupuncturist and created a really relaxing environment for me. I really recommend the place (my partner is also receiving treatment here) and I would definitely go back, although I hope not to have to!

After being hospitalised with Viral Meningitis I was recommended traditional Chinese acupuncture and I can honestly say I owe my health to Troy and Andrew.
