The team at Fixed are on point! I have been through many physio's but non compare to the knowledge and treatment received from Simon! After being told by my GP that I would need surgery to correct severe ankle ligament damage, I thought I would try physio, this was a success, I was out of crutches within a month and competing in Coast to Coast a year later after making a full recovery. I cannot recommend anyone more than the team at Fixed, especially for sports related injury's!

I've been to many physios over the years and Fixed is the best in Christchurch. Simon is extremely knowledgeable and will give you a treatment plan to quickly fix the issue. He also identifies the underlying cause of any issue and can fix even the most stubborn injuries. Fixed physio is brilliant and gives you what you want: knowledgeable care that fixes the issue fast. Been getting my leg sorted out by Simon after I messed it up running. It is my first time at a Physio and I can only say great things about Fixed as a whole. Fantastic service from Simon. I hurt my neck in the gym and was in some serious pain, I had substantially improved mobility after the first session and even better after the second. Pain is reduced and I’m ready to head off on a long drive without dreading being in agony. He really knows his stuff, is really chilled but happy for a chat too. Really nice guy. Would thoroughly recommend!

First time seeing a physio and glad I came here. Jennifer is lovely and has helped me with my shoulder injury and the results have been life changing. I chose Fixed after an injury a year ago, because their website was welcoming and their booking system was easy to use. Simon is equally approachable and really easy to work with. He rehabilitated my strength and movement using exercises tailored to things I was finding hard to do in my everyday life. I'm extremely happy with the results.

In the past year, Simon has dealt with all my injuries while I train for the airforce. He has helped me recovery and repair throughout my training. Just to name a few he’s dealt with and fixed; knee, shoulder, hip/lower back and even my thumb when I dislocated it. I can’t thank him enough for getting me to where I need to go because with out him, I would still be struggling with aches and pains wondering if I was going to make it. If you’re seeking someone that knows his stuff, I strongly recommend Simon as your go-to physio. Also, he’s a bit cheeky and likes a good story so even better that he has a bit of a personality.
