K. F.For a number of years I have been coming to Bay Physio for treatment. I suffer from a past back injury that flares up at least a couple of times a year leading to mobility issues and dreadful headaches. The treatment that I receive from Robin is fantastic. He is very knowledgable and always upskilling so I always know that I am in good hands. Over the years my husband and both sons have been treated by Robin or one of his team. We would never consider going elsewhere.
B. H.I came in with an extreme sore neck. During the intake they made a diagnosis and a treatment plan. My injury required different skillsets during the treatment, they made sure that the handover in the team was really smooth, so that I did not have to explain things twice. I especially liked that they always explained what they are doing and why, this helped me understanding the way my neck works so that I could do my exercises in between sessions to recover properly. Definitely recommending Robin and his team.
