Sarah is a very skilled physiotherapist. I am waiting for surgery for a very ruptured rotator cuff and are having interim treatment with Sarah . The Physio and acupuncture has been amazing for pain reduction. The information she has given about my injury is excellent. More info than the specialist gave me.

Sarah is a fantastic physio! She uses multiple techniques to deal with any issues and takes her time with treatment. She does dry needling (a bit like acupuncture) which I find very effective, as well as soft tissue treatment and manipulation. She is very good at explaining what she is doing and leaves you with some strengthening exercises to do when you leave. Highly recommend!
