Emily is a great physio. Super knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in an simple way, helping you to understand why your body isn't working like it should ( in my case my knee and hip ) while recommending ways in which to get results without constantly having to return for more treatment. I have and would recommend her to anyway in need of treatment.

Emily is one of the best physio’s I have been to for advice and treatment. She is super knowledgeable and you can tell she is really passionate about her profession and getting clients better as quickly as possible, using up to date evidence based practice. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an efficient, caring and highly competent physiotherapist.

Emily is an excellent physio in the Mount who has got me back running after shin splints and stress fracture. She has also planned my rehab and provided treatment to heal my patellofemoral pain (anterior knee) issues when cycling. Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't recommend her more!

Emily is a great physio. She takes time to understand you as an individual then works to set a plan and goals specific to what's important to you. She provides a clear and considered treatment program so you always know where you stand and what to expect.
She goes the extra mile and has attended specialist appointments and even surgery with me.
She also provides quality chat and average puns.
I couldn't recommend her highly enough

Highly recommended. Definitely one of the best physio I have had. (And I tried a few as I"m quite active). Every time Emily find the problem and it's fixed quickly. Great advice, great manipulations. So knowledgeable! Any questions about running she is the expert!

Emily is a great physio with with extensive knowledge about sports injuries. I'd been struggling with the same problem for years until I saw her and started restrengthening exercises. Now back playing football again with no issues

I absolutely love going to see Emily. She is so professional and very knowledgable! She has helped correct an ongoing injury for me that was heightened after having my baby. She created a plan going forward and gave me exercises to do at home to help. I've noticed a big change to my back and this has helped with carrying my little one around with less pain. Being she has her own wee boy she has been understanding and helped cater me with times and even sung nursery rhymes when my baby was grizzling on the floor! Highly recommend her!

Project physio is the best! I’ve been to a few physios with a hip issue, Emily looked at the big picture and so far so good! Recommend her to anyone looking to get rid of those reoccurring niggles once and for all.
