I had sprained my neck and booked a couple of appointments with Ly Dia. I would like to recommend her and she is really great. Helped me with an acupuncture session during my first visit and few exercise session on the second visit. I've recovered completely now after following her exercise guidelines. Thanks to Active+ New Plymouth.

Highly recommend Eoin & Deanne and the team at Active+ for rehab of short and long term injuries in the central New Plymouth area. Berdine is a very experienced physio with a friendly personality to match, and has been super helpful with treating scoliosis. Great facilities and plenty of parking 👍🏼

Been seeing deanne at active physio for awhile now. Ive had a very bad back for a long time now and ive gone from struggling to put my socks on in the morning to being able to go for 40+ min walks in the morning with no discomfort . 5 stars thank you guys for all you do
