I was recommended to Full Circle Physiotherapy by a friend when I had been suffering back problems for several months. The initial treatment sessions focused on pelvic exercises and then progressed to a few other simple stretching exercises. After about 6 sessions I was delighted to find that I could work in the garden for a few hours and the next day spend 2 - 3 hours standing, without any pain. I have been overwhelmed by the difference that this treatment made to my pain levels. Thank you so much Nicole for your wonderful treatment. I highly recommend Full Circle Physiotherapy - totally amazing!!!
