V.I've been working with Nicole for three months to rehab some complex spinal issues. She's creative, can adapt exercises to make them work for you, and is dedicated to making a big difference in her clients' lives. We're seeing some good results so far, and I'm hoping for even more.

C.Years of dodgy ankles, sports injuries, dicky shoulders.... PhysioFamily easily the best clinic I've been to through it all. Very thorough, not afraid to try whatever it takes to get the body working properly again. Plus Anton is an incredibly personable guy. Easy to chat with, listens carefully to what's up and most importantly is genuine. Both my wife and I couldn't be happier to have Anton as our physio.
B.After several years of back muscle spasms following a neck operation I was advised by the neurosurgeon to get some physiotherapy hoping it might help. Enter Anton from Family Physio and the change he has been able to achieve is really dramatic.
This is a great practice, very friendly, local and most of all results orientated.

J.I went to Physio Family Golden Sands with a Back injury and got put on to Anton and I was first off very impressed with his knowledge and the plan for recovery he came up with.
I'm a person that gets very impatient with injuries and try to do things to soon but with the stretches that I was given and the treatment Anton did on my back I was still able to work aswell as recover to 100% very happy with his help thanks again Anton
