T. R.I've been going regularly to a mum's and bub's palates class since my son was 8 weeks old. The entire team at Parents Health Haven are absolutely amazing at what they do, are fantastic at sharing tools and lifting confidence to empower my post-partum body (and tired mind for that matter!) Additionally having a friendly safe place were I can bring my little people in order to have some me time is defiantly a cherry on top. Cannot recommend Parents Health Haven enough. Thanks team for all that you bring to the community!
K.Thankyou to the wonderful physios at Parent Health Haven. Both Katie and Mel have treated my knee and given me good advice re ongoing exercises to assist my rehabilitation.
