H.I went to Waihi Beach Physio for lower back issues that they identified as due to pelvis alignment and an inactive core and glutes. Natarsha was incredibly friendly, informative and really understood my needs and concerns. I only needed two sessions and an issue that has been causing huge discomfort for months is totally gone! It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
