I have been seeing Lucy, who is a consummate professional. Having not really been injured before - I was dubious about going to Physio. However my experience has been amazing. After 3 weeks of not much happening they have fast tracked me onto an ECP (Elevated Care Programme) fully funded for knees, backs & shoulders. I was assessed within 24 hours and put in touch with a sports specialist to look at what happens next. I have felt fully supported by this team, who get back to me very quickly and I can see they obviously get results for their clients. Thanks team xx

I've been going to Sarah for the last 6 months for knee rehabilitation and I'm so impressed with how personalised she makes my exercises for the week.
It's always based off a combination of my progress and how I'm feeling, for example when I've overworked that week she caters the session accordingly.
It's so nice to have a physio who genuinely cares for her patients and who puts in 100% every single time.
I would not go to any other physio - highly recommend!

I had the most incredible experience with Sarah. She was my physio from the day i tore my acl, throughout the pre-op and post-op surgery and all the way through my recovery rehab. My knee is super strong now and i am so grateful to Sarah and all her hard work. Could not give her a higher recommendation!

Honestly I don't normally feel like physiotherapy are that helpful but Sarah has fully changed my perspective for the whole industry. Her knowledge and diagnose is amazing! She fixing my long term injuries, I would highly recommend Sarah!

I cannot reccomend Sarah and Laura enough! Sarah has a wealth of knowlesge and also ensured that my goals were heard. I was able to return to sport and get the most out of the ski season within months of a complete hamstring rupture. I was also lucky enough to have a very efficient return to sport after a fibula fracture. Thanks again Sarah!

Hands down the best Physios I've ever been treated by. Both Sarah and Laura are confident, skilled Physiotherapists. I was treated by Sarah first for a lower back issue, and went straight back to her when I tore my ACL. She is very knowledgeable, provides personal, attentive, science-based care, and is constantly progressing my rehab plan. Her extensive experience is recognizable right away.
I am 5mths post injury, feeling strong, back to regular activities and some sport. I meet with Laura 1-2/wk for in-gym training, she is motivating, carefully monitors and critiques to ensure rehab is high quality, and adapts the program readily as needed. Both physio's exercise directions are clear, tailored and effective.

Would recommend going and seeing Sarah 100%!! Started seeing her with a neck injury last year and love her approach to not only getting pain free, but also preventing injuries from recurring with training exercises she prescribes. I have never had a physio spend so much time on specific in house rehab. No other clinic has provided such amazing attention through the months of exercises. For me, doing the exercises at the clinic made all the difference as I always struggled to do it at home on my own.

Sarah has been treating me for around 12 months now, I ruptured my ACL post and pre/post surgry bumped around a couple different physios untill I landed in Sarahs care, and what a godsend that has been! I don't need to sugar coat it, Sarah knows knee rehibilitation like nobody else and as a result will get you back to sport ASAP! Highly recommend, hopefuly I don't have to ever have to go back but in the event of another knee injury she will definitley be the only physio treating me.

Sarah is the best Physiotherapist I’ve found in 20 years of body work. She takes a preventive approach rather than throwing a bandaid on an axe wound which results in fixing the root cause of injury. Since seeing Sarah I have learned so much about my body and the areas I need to work on so I can live a pain free life. She is as much a coach as a physio and I can honestly say my body is much stronger and more resilient making my risk of injury far less than it ever has been.

I highly recommend Alpine Physiotherapy. I have been working with Sarah Brown for 12 months from a ski injury and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely brilliant and is the best in Wanaka in my opinion.
