I have seen Kate on several occasions for mostly sport injuries. She has an amazing knowledge and is a very good listener and observer. This is what makes her an outstanding physio. I have also been doing her core classes, and they help me in every sport I do. Remarkable difference in running, biking, skiing, and a reduction in waist size.
I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to increase core strength or for a great physio.

Before starting core classes I struggled with regular back pain and at times had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning. I have been doing classes in person and more recently via zoom. The classes are small and its amazing how good Clare is at improving my technique even via zoom. The money I have spent on core class has saved me pain and other treatment costs.

I have been going to Kate's Core & Conditioning Classes for a few months now and getting a lot of benefits. Kate's encouragement and attention makes the difference and is the reason I go back for more. Doing 2 classes a week has definitely helped as well. We have dealt with Kate at the physio room for my partner's knee issue. Very knowledgeable, experienced staff in a well-equipped clinic. Clinic can be hard to find on the top floor of brownstone street building... But don't be put off. Somewhere slightly up from and behind the library and Bullock bar is a new 3 storey building and the clinic is up the top. I have also done a term of the pilates classes, and found them good for both fitness and core strength

Kate & the team are simply superb. Kate successfully treated & resolved a recurring injury so I was able to continue training. The strength & conditioning classes made all the difference in my recovery & also performance during events. You're in safe hands at the Physio Room

In the 90's I was completing ironman distance triathlons. I developed severe shoulder pain and at the time a physio said I need to stop cycling as it was a overuse injury. I gave up triathlons and did no more training. Three years ago I decided to ride again, within 20 minutes I had severe shoulder pain. I tried numerous physio's but they were all guessing what the problem was. Luckily I was recommended to go to the Physio Room and see Kate. Within 10 minutes Kate recognised the problem and gave me some exercises. She suggested I get a bike fit which she does as well. For the last two years I have been road racing competitively. I have no shoulder pain at all and my bike fits like a glove. I also drive 2 hours every week and attend the physio rooms core class run by Clare. Theses classes are must to help prevent injuries, and develop your core which is vital for all sports. Kate has been amazing, I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

The core classes are fantastic! as a keen cyclist and mountain biker, i used to experience lower back pain. After attending 2 or 3 rounds of core classes the pain was not noticeable. I highly recommend.

I have been treated by many Physio's, in various parts of the world, and I consider Ryan's diagnostics , professionalism, knowledge and overall patient care to be among the best in the world.
