Reviews of Island Bay Physiotherapy Centre
L.I was seen by Barbara Manners in relation to a quad strain. She was able to identify the problem and assisted with giving me advice on fixing it which involved no rugby for a couple weeks (unfortunately) and simple exercises to strengthen it back up. She was also empathetic and kind when talking to her about some personal matters. They were quick in getting back to me to organise an appointment for the following day! This was very accommodating compared to other physios in Wellington who couldn’t make time. Great service all round.
M.Friendly empathic physiotherapists that create a holistic treatment plan to correct whatever your reason is for needing their services. They explain what part of the body needs to be worked on, why and give exercises to do between visits. Wonderfully supportive people.
