D.I had an issue with a tap I purchased from Mitre 10. I went straight to Aquatica and within a day my issue was fixed. Brilliant, brilliant service from a Kiwi owned business. Highly recommend to all!!! Very happy customer. Thank you.
M.We had a problem with a kitchen sink spray head, with a faulty button. Contacted customer service and spoke to Neil, a very helpful person who asked for some photos then said “Not a problem at all, a replacement will be couriered to us the same day”
We couldn’t fault the customer service and prompt action to get our kitchen operating again.

J.Great aftersales support. We had an issue with the cold tap on our laundry tub. They were prompt in sending a plumber over to fix the issue under warranty. Cheers Aquatica.
D.Wonderfully helpful team here. My 3 year old daughter had unfortunately unscrewed the tap indicator cap and dropped it down the bath plug hole. The team were able to identify the aquatica tap model and kindly send me a replacement. When buying new tapware, I'll be getting it from these guys, and I recommend others do to. Great customer service.
T.Dealing with Aquatica Since 2016 and they never made us disappointed. Sometimes (rarely) there can be fault in product but it is resolved always. Great reception service & engineer with great knowledge of products. Moreover value for money products. Extremely satisfied. Recommend to all.
