M.I was very happy with the service from Andrew and his team. They started the job promptly and worked with my schedule. They confirmed the time of arrival and hour ahead… and when they thought the plumber might be a little bit late as the last job ran over they called to let me know, which was great. He was on time, helpful, courteous and efficient. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and the advice he gave me was well considered. I will definitely be using Arrow Plumbing again for my next job.
J.We had a water leak, but not sure where. The service on Phone to Arrow Plumbing for getting someone to come out was excellent. The plumber who came was friendly, and efficient. He located the problem quickly, and fixed it. He needed to excavate some dirt, however He left the site tidy once leak fixed. His explanation of the problem was clear and easy to understand. The fee charged was reasonable. We would use Arrow Plumbing again.
H.After waiting for three weeks when two other East Auckland plumbers continually failed to show, the people at Arrow were on to it in a flash.. very pleasant and helpful on the phone and gave us an expected arrival time. Ben, the plumber, turned up as promised, took time to explain things to us and fixed the problem quickly. He was on time, respectful, well presented and pleasant to have on the property. The cost was less than what we anticipated too, which is nice when you are oldies. I will certainly not bother with the other firms out this way next time and head straight for Arrow. Thank you Ben, you and Arrow are plumbers at their best.

S.Hired Arrow Plumbing to replace an old shower with a new one. When the old shower was being demolished, the lower corner of an adjacent wall was damaged, leaving a small hole. They promised to send someone over to patch up the hole but after 2 weeks of delaying they still didn't send someone over to fix the wall. In the end we had no choice but to fix it ourselves because the hole was holding up our tiler. Other than that, we were quite happy with the rest of the work.
J.Arrow plumbers were called to do a check up job and while they were waiting for another tradie to finish they fixed a different problem too! No problem! very nice and cleaned up after themselves.
S.We were really happy with the great workmanship from these guys. We had gas and plumbing done. It was done within a reasonable timeframe and all work was done to a high standard. Pricing was well set out and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this group. Excellent service. Thank you. Glenn and Sheree Evans.

P.We use Arrow Plumbing for our Body Corp work in Elliot Street. They are super efficient, helpful and competitively priced. Personally I'm also very impressed to learn that they don't charge extra to work on a Saturday.
