Great service from Richard. Very good at communicating and explaining the problem to you. Let me know when he was arriving and also has a very clear billing structure so no unexpected surprises. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

Would highly recommend Richard from Auckland Plumbable Plumber Ltd. The shower pan was not draining due to a blockage. Richard multi tasked to eventually find the problem which he was able to repair. We had Richard over yesterday to do 2 jobs in one day for us and from the initial call he already sounded like he knew what he was talking about. We had a faulty valve on our hot water cylinder and a leaky kitchen tap that both needed replacing. He completed the job in 3 hours but he also had go out to buy parts too. Very fast and prompt. Great communication meant that issue, labour and material required was explained in detail (with photos of affected area) before the work began. 5 stars service for Chris, We called as our hot water cylinder not producing hot water, and Chris was very responsive and showed up on time and really know what he's doing and did a very tidy and nice job. Even have the after service call to check up if our problem solved yet. So thoughtful that he also gave us some valuable advices. I have used Richard from Auckland Plumbable Plumber several times. Each time was at short notice and quite urgent to avoid disruption to my tenants. He has always been contactable at any hour and available at short notice when I have needed him. He is very professional and courteous. His work is always to a very high standard and very reasonably priced, even outside normal hours. I would recommend Richard for any plumbing or gas fitting work.

Richard came around to do some remedial work on a shower installed by someone else. He did run a bit late, but he did let me know, then arrived when he said he would. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed me what had to be done. Very happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a leaking pipe under our house. I rang Richard at 7.00am Saturday morning and he was there as promised by 9.30am. Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this plumber.

The day we went into Covid19 Level 4 lockdown in March my downstairs neighbour had a pipe burst in their bathroom. Richard came out, in the dark, and quickly repaired the pipe. Just last week I had a tap fitting in my laundry fail and my neighbour recommended Richard from Plumbable. He was able to attend that same day and was able to quickly replace the tap fitting. A water leak had to be fixed in the common area of a set of flats. The old pipes were buried in concrete. Richard did a great job carefully drilling to break the concrete without causing any further damage to pipes, fixed the problem, and patched up the damaged work. He was prompt, and explained what was needed throughout the job, without any surprises. It would have been great if Richard cleared the mess created, but he was pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Richard. Thanks.
