I would just like to say that I was very nervous calling a plumber. My last experience a couple of years ago was not pleasant. Michelle answered my call and dealt with it efficiently. Andrew, the plumber, was courteous and professional. He arrived with all the necessary parts for the job and quickly assessed what needed to be done. The work was done swiftly and efficiently and the area left clean and tidy. I was holding my breath waiting for the invoice but, I am very happy with what I have been charged. I believe it is fair. I will call Auckland Plumbers Group again for any future plumbing work. Thank you.

I contacted Auckland Plumbers Group to have a gas heater removed. They were very responsive and a friendly on the phone and arranged for someone to come out the following day. Brian arrived on time, confirmed what was required and set to work. He was very pleasant to deal with, thorough in his work, and tidied up when he had finished. I was pleased with the work done and the amount charged, and I will definitely use APG again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy booking system and prompt appointment confirmed. Andrew arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, took care of our leaking cistern and gave good advice on some other niggly issues when asked. We have just had an outdoor shower installed by Andrew who did a fantastic job exceeding all expectations. Head office communications with Michelle were excellent with everything flowing seamlessly and personnel turning up when they said they would which is becoming incredibly rare these days. This is the 3rd time I've used APG for plumbing work, the receptionist is fantastic, really responsive, personable and knowledgeable. Impressed with the communications as to when to expect the plumber to turn up. The plumber worked efficiently and saved us a fair bit of money by repairing rather than replacing too. overall really impressed with the service so will definitely be my go to for future work

We had bought a Samsung fridge that needed to be set up and connected to the water source with the filtration system. The entire process with Auckland Plumbers was so smooth, easy and efficient. From the quoting and job scheduling by Debbie to the job been done by Jack and Janie they exceeded all expectations. Awesome work team Auckland Plumbers. Highly recommend.

So impressed with my experience. I discovered a leak late at night. The office staff were very helpful - they were unable to get hold of the on call plumber but promised to ring back within 15 minutes to update me. And they actually did! Plumber came straight from his previous job and managed to quickly fix the problem. Very reasonable pricing for an after hours call. I will definitely be using for future work.

The communication was straightforward, simple, efficient. My old hot water boiler died and the teams prioritized my job because I had no hot water for 4 days. The plumber came to give a quote made good suggestions and actually improved the whole set up. The quote was very reasonable! The boiler is working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Jack came over on-time, immediately knew what was going on and was then able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He's a very friendly guy as well and it was great meeting him. I decided to reuse their services because I used them two years ago when I had an urgent job and was impressed by their quick response from their customer service team and technician's efficiency. We had an issue with our hot water cylinder on the Friday of a long weekend and the team at Auckland Plumbers Group went out of their way to get our issue sorted out. The plumber arrived at the time arranged, preceded by a phone call to say he was on the way. He ascertained what was problem and fixed it within the hour. Blocked toilet 0800 on Sunday, Boxing Day,, tried several plumbers without success, rang APG. Office staff very helpful, lumber rang back within 45 minutes, kept me informed as to e.t.a. Cleared the blockage within 30 minutes cheerful and careful. Excellent service price O.K. given the day and the urgency.

I called APG to look at something weird happening in our water system: when we ran the back tap to water the garden, the faucet in the kitchen switched from cold to fully hot. They sent out a plumber who checked out the faucet, hot water cylinder valves and another faucet. Diagnosed a back flow from a faulty faucet, replaced the cartridge and, sure enough, end of problem. Thanks for intelligent, polite, efficient service, APG!

The response time for these guys was amazing. We had someone here within an hour of calling which was great, as water was flooding our kitchen and dining room anytime we used our kitchen sink or dishwasher. Ashneel was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional and he sorted the problem very quickly. I would definitely recommend Ashneel and this company to others.

We'd been without hot water for most of the weekend and called first thing Monday morning and they managed to get someone out the same day! Turned up on time and was polite, efficient and affordable. Just had Jack & Tom fix our shower and underground water pipes that had rusted through. They were excellent! They figured out what needed to be fixed and got straight onto it. They also communicated very well to me what was going on. Highly recommend these two! Thanks for your help.

I urgently needed an outdoor water pipe replaced. I called on a Friday afternoon thinking chances of someone coming that day were slim, but Jack and Cam were able to come soon after. It was all fixed that day, great service and friendly. Will use Auckland Plumbers Group again.

Our granny flat shower sprung a leak. Its' a tricky size and shape and our first, second and third choices for replacing it weren't available in these COVID times. We settled on our least favoured option. Imagine our delight on instalment day when our preferred option arrived! Turns out Sharron had spent much time on the phone to track one down. Superb service. And thanks to Tom who persevered with our gas hob repair so we didn't need to replace it after only 4 years. Once disassembled he even cleaned it for me :) Knowledgeable, polite tradies that work to a high standard. Recommended.

Our property was flooded by a burst pipe last Sunday. I googled and tried to find plumbers with 5 star comments, but some of them either fully booked till the week after, and some didn't even want to come out from Onehunga to Howick saying it's too far (???). I rang through the list and finally had the office lady of Auckland Plumbers book my job straight away. Actually while I was talking to the office lady, I missed a phone call from their plumber Luke. When I called Luke back, he said he was in West Auckland and would be at our property in about 45 minutes. Luke sounds so young (means not enough experience?), he's traveling from West Auckland to East Auckland (are they so desperate for a job?) - all the alarms ring, but I was so desperate to get the burst pipe fixed. Here Luke came - even when I saw him I still had doubts as he is just such a young fella. However all my doubts were wiped out when Luke nailed down the problem straight away and get the burst pipe hidden in the wall fixed. He's so efficient, no mucking around at all. Their charge rate is by time, but Luke seems trying to same MY time and the decent bill came through over night evidence this. I went to their website afterwards and found out they are not only doing plumbing jobs. I will book to change the hot water cylinder soon. I would recommend anyone who in a despair and wants to be saved straight away with a superb professional service and a decent charge. Thank you Luke and the team!

I have used APG before and had no hesitation in contacting them for help once again. And once again I experienced efficient, friendly and respectful staff and a professional process. Right from dealing with the efficiency and friendliness of Sharon and Michelle on the call to set up the work, to the engineer Ashneel Raj turning up on time, being friendly, professional and respectful to me and our home. These three people are a credit and I can only imagine an asset to the organization and I wish more companies had staff like these people and operated like APG. Luke and Janie from Auckland Plumbers Group visited us regarding a dodgy califont. They were professional, polite, and were very good at explaining my options once they had checked out the unit. I was so impressed that they clearly explained that it could last another 10 hours or 10 months after the service, and let us know the cost, and timeframes when we do decide to get it replaced. It was so great to see a female in the trade, and that Auckland Plumbers Group are supporting women in this way.

Such a great team! needed a sink removed, called them up and they managed to squeeze me in that same day. Fast, efficient and very reasonably priced! great communication throughout and left the place nice and tidy. A++

I had to urgently replace my Hot Water Cylinder. They were a bit delayed in sending the quote and I got the job done elsewhere. However they were very diligent in sending me a quotation a few days later. The price was good. Will definitely engage with them for any other job in the future. A timely return phone call to a website inquiry would have been great. I do understand the COVID situation is a huge problem for all businesses.

Having been horribly let down twice by a plumbing company that had visited here for a similar problem, I called your company who obliged with an appointment the next day @ 9 am.. Jack arrived promptly and with very little help from me (!) was onto the leak quickly and job was carried out. I felt confidence in his handling of the situation pre fixing & relaxed a bit. The service received for the removal of an old dishwasher and installation of the new model purchased was fantastic! Sharon was great to deal with in terms of coordinating the booking times for the serviceman, and the serviceman himself (Andrew) was excellent and had everything up and running in no time. Highly recommended!

So grateful to these wonderful people. We had a sewage leak in level 4 lockdown. Our plumber arrived within an hour and worked until he had sorted the problem (including getting a different pump truck) all in a socially distanced way. Super thankful for their essential service.

Auckland Plumbers Group gave me great service on a Sunday when a blockage resulted in raw sewage spilling on to the ground outside. They responded promptly and fixed the problem efficiently. Would recommend this business.

Ash came out on a Saturday evening and fixed a water main pipe when we "knicked" it by accident. Ash solved the problem quickly, avoiding a bigger problem we might have had if we left it until the next day. Ash was great! Very friendly and helpful. We'll use him again. Oh, and the company called after to ensure the job was done! Great service. We've used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future!

Hera and Jack commmunicated with us really well and did a professional job. We had a leaky filter pipe and waste disposal unit that needed to be removed and replaced with a normal drain. They were effecient with time, did a neat job and left the place so tidy. Thank you Hera & Jack.

Had a hot water cylinder replaced. Good communication, quick to show up all staff were great to deal with and the work was carried out to a good standard. Also organised an electrician for me. Happy to recommend.

Jack was the plumber and was fantastic. He listened, understood, corrected the prior plumber issues, made sure to check the tap is working, CLEANED UP, and all that with a smile on his face. This guy is awesome - keep him around!! will use APG again next time 100%.

It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent customer service, and special thanks must go to Michelle. The price for removing an old waste disposal unit and installing a new one, which the firm selected for me, was about half of what I expected. The main thing was that they DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOUD DO - promptly and efficiently. Great to see a woman tradie!

Luke & Jake were great, installed my pre-purchased hot water cylinder, slightly more complicated than your normal hot water cylinder, they were quick & quiet, was able to work at home while they were replacing the HWC. Also have a run-down of the new piping & valves & maitenance. Highly recommended!

Excellent service - good value for money and highly recommended! Our kitchen tap was leaking and after contacting the manufacturer, they sent Cameron from Auckland Plumbers Group to replace the tap. I have used APG several time to fix leaks, install taps and pressure control valves. I am always impressed with the level of service APG offers. I’m not a fan of having tradespeople over but Cameron was respectful and friendly, nothing was a bother. The jobs were done quickly and well. This is my new plumber.

I had a water leak late on a Wednesday evening. I called several plumber numbers and Auckland Plumbers were the only one who were super helpful, friendly and empathetic. They organised a plumber to come out that evening and he was there within the hour. He was friendly and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. What was a stressful situation was made much less stressful with the help of Auckland Plumbers. Definitely recommend them for an emergency situation.

Brian Gill arrived on time , and got on with the job of changing our boiler to a new gas system , the job was done extremely well and neatly . It was great to get instant hot water and the showers are the best they could be , If you have a boiler change it to gas , i don`t know why we did not do it sooner . If you are thinking of changing to gas do not hesitate and get the Auckland plumber group to do it . Thanks .

The dreaded event happened, as usual at the most inopportune time: a sick child, cold night, tired parents: our hot water cylinder failed - spectacularly, just as were considering having a earlier night than usual!! Our home is on 4 split levels, and to say there was water just about everywhere would be an understatement - fortunately not too much onto carpet, but down 20 wooden steps like a most undesired indoor water feature, dripping into the power box and out of light fittings....called Andrew Durrans from Auckland Plumbers Group Ltd - seriously wise move! He alerted their on call plumber, and we called the 0800 number to log our drama! Switched the power off, and set about mopping up the mess...it was a busy night for Luke Clark, who was already at another call out, and had a gas leak to deal to before he could help us, but he gave us good estimates for how far away he was, and actually arrived before we expected him - found the leak, drained the cylinder and plugged it - good, commonsense advice, we also needed extra work done to get the old cylinder out and a new one installed, before he left he'd already put through details of what was required, so we had a quote ready to go before 10am the following morning...once we'd accepted the quote another plumber came to the house to do a more comprehensive (not to mention drier and better lit!) assessment of what was required, including giving us detail of how the job would need to be done: placed the order for all that was required, including a new cistern for the toilet which had to be removed and reinstated in order to get to the cylinder and replace it. On Monday morning, bright and early, Karunesh Anand and Jamie Aldridge arrived: so punctual - and to say we were pleased with their efforts would be an understatement: they were super friendly and knowledgeable and set to sorting out our bathroom quick-smart, though there was no corner-cutting, but also no time wasting. Cannot comment Auckland Plumbers Group highly enough! Thanks :)

These guys were great, I nicked the mains water pipe while cutting roots and water was spraying everywhere. They turned up promptly at 5pm on a Saturday evening, Deepak fixed it very quickly and efficiently much to my relief. Problem solved. Other firms I called had answer machines and never returned my call. Excellent communication throughout. Good value too. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We had the boiler at our rental place break down - team at Auckland Plumbers Group were able to come round same day and quote for replacement. Booked in the job for the next day and the team worked a long day to make sure everything was sorted and cleaned up properly. Very pleased with their work.

A huge thank you and gratitude to Ashneel Raj who was on call and had to fix a running tap at our home around 11 pm! Our sink tap valve was broken and when the mains were turned off, water was still running from the broken tap. We tried everything to stop the flow but to no avail, so rang around for a 24/7 plumbing service and Auckland Plumbers Group were the only ones that could respond to the job straight away. Ashneel sorted the job quickly, smartly and professionally, and advised us to ring Watercare as the mains needed attention also as it wasn't turning off completely. Hi, I phoned Auckland Plumbers Group about 10.30 am, and they had a plumber in the area just finishing another job. Twenty minutes later the plumber called Raj arrived. He was pleasant and very efficient and now I have new taps in the bathroom plus he fixed a valve in the toilet too. I asked him about a slight drip from the shower head. I will look at getting a replacement unit in the future. Excellent service all round. Thank you for you help. Simon did a great job fixing a leaking tap and fitting two down-pipes, one of which needed to be connected to an existing underground pipe. Hot water cylinder decided to spring a leak. The team sent Ben the plumber around within 4 hours. Ben carefully checked all the connections before recommending a new tank. I shopped around for the best deal, but when you add on all the extras the other guys charge, what looks like a cheap deal turned out to be much more expensive. I asked Ben to do the job and he arrived the following morning, bang on time with another plumber Cam and they did a an excellent and professional job and nice guys too. I paid a fixed price with no hidden extra's or surprises. I have no hesitation in recommending Auckland Plumbers Group.

We phoned Auckland Plumbers Group after 5.00 on a Monday after being badly let down by another plumber who was coming to fix a leak where the main enters the house. Tom was sent and he was amazing. Just one day before Xmas, the watermain below my concrete driveway burst. I called the Auckland Plumber Group, not expecting to get help at such short notice, and a day before Xmas. What a surprise. Within 2 hours they arrived, concrete cutter on board, and within a further 2 hours all fixed! I couldn't be happier. Later, when I needed a copy of the invoice, which I had lost, in order to make a claim back from Watercare, they sent the copy... twice! Brilliant service!

Tom has done an excellent job on installing our gas hot water systems. Had a hot water tank that suddenly decided to leak on a Sunday morning. Ashneel Raj came quickly, decided to drain the tank and came back the next day with new nice outdoor tank. This morning we had a plumbing issue with water pouring from an outside waste pipe when there was no water turned on in the house. We phoned Auckland Plumbers Group and by 2pm Luke arrived and after a process of elimination resolved the issue. We were delighted to have such fast efficient service. We found Luke to be extremely respectful (we are in our 70s) and helpful. He explained very clearly what he thought the problem was and what he would do to check a number of factors out. He was extremely tidy and replaced shelves and their contents that had to be removed to access the man hole. We would definitely recommend Luke and Auckland Plumbers Group.

I want to thank Ben Drake and Cameron who recently solved a major plumbing problem at our place very effectively indeed. Given that both the hot and cold copper pipes had to be re-laid some distance around the outside of our house foundation they took admirable extra care to ensure the pipes were attached neatly and unobtrusively which really impressed Nerida and I. I recently had a new toilet and kitchen sink taps installed. The plumbers on two separate times -Asnheel and Karunesh - turned up at the time organised and completed the jobs very quickly and efficiently. Had a leaky mains pipe under the front lawn, called and had someone booked to come round the next day, really helpful service. Ashneel showed up on time, dug a much smaller hole than I'd expected and quickly clamped the leak. Great service and explanation of what was wrong (70 year old pipes) and really friendly as well. Unfortunately the leak seems to have started again, but he also explained that might happen as the only real solution is replacing the pipes.

Contacted Auckland Plumbers who sent Luke at the agreed time on the agreed day. Excellent young person with great customer skills. Diagnosed the problem and went off to source the required parts. Luke explained what he had done and cleaned up, so that you would not know he had worked in the bathroom. Done and dusted within an hour from first arriving. We have already booked them again for more work.

I throughly recommend The Auckland Plumbers Group. I rang them because I had a burst pipe to the water heater, which was flooding down stairs. The telephone operator, Poenui, could not have been more understanding. Her telephone manor was extremely friendly it was as if you were talking to a friend. I rung at 9.30am she said that she couldn’t get someone there till 11am. Within ten minutes she rang me back, to say that she has managed to get someone there in 20 minutes. True to her word, 20 minutes later one of their vans pulled into my drive. A smartly dressed man introduced himself as Ashneel. He did not muck around he started to work immediately on the problem. He had everything under control with inside five minutes. He was very professional, and I would think he is an asset to the company. I would have absolutely no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending their services to anyone... in fact I already have. If you look up the word professional in the dictionary it should just say four words The Auckland Plumbers Group. By the way, they were the first people I thought of from their radio jingle... so radio advertising and jingles really work. I award them five gold stars.

We had prompt service from Ben McCrystal when one of our bathroom sink pipes started leaking and we were able to get some good advice about replacing our taps to fit in with the mixer style for our older home. Everyone from APG who has worked on my place recently has done a great job - and been brilliant to deal with. When I initially thought I'd settle for a patch-up job I was given very helpful with practical suggestions and solutions on the spot. But what most impressed me was when there was something that didn't go quite right. That to me is the REAL test of any business.
