Ben was very professional and thorough in investigating our gas leak. He was very friendly and explained clearly what was the cause and advised us to contact the provider to fix the issue. We will definitely use them again.

Realized I had a water leak when I received my water bill. Phoned BT Plumbing late on Friday and a plumber was sent on the Tuesday. Within half an hour they had located and repaired the leak. The staff were friendly at all points of contact. I have used them previously and always had the same efficient service.

BT Plumbing sent Paul to repair my toilet. He was brilliant explained everything did a great job, after he left, you would not have known they had been in the house, absolutely no mess. His apprentice was lovely as well. Highly recommend this company. Hope I do not need them again!!, but will certainly use them again, if I do. Thanks Paul and Jayden
