x.Ben was very professional and thorough in investigating our gas leak. He was very friendly and explained clearly what was the cause and advised us to contact the provider to fix the issue. We will definitely use them again.
R.Realized I had a water leak when I received my water bill. Phoned BT Plumbing late on Friday and a plumber was sent on the Tuesday. Within half an hour they had located and repaired the leak. The staff were friendly at all points of contact. I have used them previously and always had the same efficient service.
G.BT Plumbing sent Paul to repair my toilet.
He was brilliant explained everything did a great job, after he left, you would not have known they had been in the house, absolutely no mess. His apprentice was lovely as well. Highly recommend this company. Hope I do not need them again!!, but will certainly use them again, if I do.

B.Ben was very professional in checking all the gas fittings. He was very informative and made us aware of the life span of our particular installation so we don't have any surprises in the future. He undertook a very thorough job.
A.Paul did a great job in fixing the drainage of our laundry sink although the item we bought had a part missing . He went out of his way to find a quick solution!
