I had an excellent experience with Collins Plumbing. They give you a date and time for their services and they stick to it.Before attending the site the technician calls to let you know they are on their way.How good can it get.Their workmanship is excellent and they keep it tidy. Much impressed. I have used their services before and will always use them if there's a need again and they are local.

Would absolutely recommend Collins Plumbing services. Have used their services for years and never been disappointed in their workmanship, quick response to plumbing emergencies, professionalism and overall customer service by the entire team. Just out luck we had plumbing issues during covid lockdown and they come through and helped us resolve, which we are very grateful for.

Having built a 650sqm German style house, Collins did all pipe works- storm water, fresh water from public and tank water, gas pipes, floor and portable water heating in 400ltr + 700ltr tanks (Simon was well versed with Bosch and shifted us to Stiebel which was better able to handle the combined solar water heating and compressor which captures differentials up to -19*C due to the job well done we agreed to use our as Collins showcase, finding this structure hardly in NZ hot water ring pipe connecting alternating the pool to the floor heating system which is not used in summer all garden drainage system and for safety one guest room on gas heater. All out of one hand was certainly the best solution, having the disciplines cooperating with each other, from our experience we only recommend Collins with a good planning and well done execution. We are so very lucky to have the very best caring plumber. No job is too big or too small. Quality is one of his main aims. He always leaves all repairs more tidy than when he turns up. We have so much trust in him. Thank you for being in our area so that we get you at all our jobs on our very big property with many bathrooms and plumbing gas areas looked after with the highest attention to detail.

Collins Plumbing have done lots of plumbing and some gas work at my house for a few years now. I always find them professional, helpful and accommodating. They also give good advice if I have any queries or concerns, would definitely recommend them.

Collins Plumbing and Gas installed a shower dome for us. Great communication and easy to make a convenient booking time. Came back to add some sealant at my request and they were more than happy to respond. Great team and great service. Highly recommend :). Glenda

Matthew Lee is a very good professional plumber, he arrived the site as the time we booked, he communicated with us what need to be fixed and gave us an idea what the cost will be. He fixed the issue with our shower in a very efficient time manner, the shower is working beautifully now. Thank you very much Jo and Matthew.

The Collins team have completed a couple of jobs for us in the last 2 years. Always easy and friendly to deal with. Their tradespeople turn up on time, fully prepared and carry put work quickly and professionally.

Matthew installed our new kitchen tap, as well as two visits for the laundry renovation - removed old tub and plumbed in new tub and washing machine taps etc. He was very professional and did a brilliant job. We have used Collins before and Jesse was equally as impressive. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

Jesse went out of his way to source a replacement cylinder, and research on existing cylinder to establish it was still under guarantee. One other company merely quoted $5,300 to replace and install. The company who our old cylinder was under guarantee with sent a company who said it was out of warranty, didn't check to establish we're on main pressure. They told us there were no replacement cylinders but they could build one for us for $3,500, then we would have installation costs on top.

Collins Plumbing & Gas installed my gas hot water heater over ten years ago, did a great job then and carry out regular cleaning and safety checks and still do a great job keeping it operating smoothly. Highly recommend them.

Great service from Collins gas and plumbing. Sorted things out for me just before lockdown. And contacted me once they could in level 3. They were efficient, explained everything and even organised a sparky to check on pump. Will def use again.

The team replaced an old solar panel for me, it took a little while for the panel to arrive into NZ which is understandable in the current Covid climate. They kept me informed along the way about ETA and as soon as they knew when it would arrive they locked in a date. They were fast and efficient with the swap-over and the new panel is working well. Would definitely recommend them over other companies that were three times the price or didn't turn up at all. Five stars!!

We smelled gas. Collins were here really quickly and found & fixed the leak on the spot. It was the pipe outside and the service guy had a shovel in his van and wasted no time digging. Awesome job, thanks very much

Collins installed gas hot water for us and were amazing to deal with. The guys were friendly, professional and kept us up to date on everything with council and Vector. We got a hot water system installed and have had the best showers ever since! Can't recommend them more highly.

We contacted Collins Plumbing and Gas recently to fix a gas leak that Vector had identified when replacing some metering equipment. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the gas fitter they sent was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable, and was able to walk me through all possible solutions to fix the leak. We will definitely be using their services again, and I can highly recommend Collins Plumbing and Gas to anyone in the market for a gas fitting company.

We needed a plumber in a hurry to remove a toilet to enable a new floor to be laid in the bathroom. Collins responded within the hour and returned when the job was done and set up the toilet again. Communication was excellent and we are very happy with the service and friendly plumbers. They are highly recommended.

We needed a gas fitter so on the recommendation of a friend and a desire to support local business we called Collins Plumbing & Gas. The office staff were personable and helpful and together with the gas fitter were able to suggest options to heat our breezy 1960s weatherboard house. After settling on an option an experienced and capable gas fitter came out to do the install. The whole process was made easy by the fantastic office staff and the friendly gas fitter. We are more than happy with the result and our house is toasty warm. We will be using you again and recommending your service to all ouŕ friends and family.
