What should have been a 2 min job turned out to be just over an hour. The 2 plumbers (don’t know why 2) assessed the problem and said they had to go and get the part from Bunnings which is just a 5 min trip up the road. They took over half an hour and it seemed that they just decided to go for a joy ride to make the time pass which is pretty sad. Came back and finished the job in less than a minute with a small part that they should have had in their van already. I was charged double of what could have been just the standard call out fee. The company itself was very helpful it’s just that sometimes you get unprofessional workers out there who are only out to take money from their customers. I would not recommend the plumbers I got but definitely recommend the Company.

I have used Dynamic Plumbing on several occasions for all my Gas & plumbing requirements. They are very reliable and always do a professional job. They respond to all phone calls or messages promptly which reduces any worry.

I was extremely satisfued with the service Dynamic Plumbing did today Hayden completed all the Installation of new shower hoses for 2 showers new waste disposal and new kitchen tap I found him courteous professional and a credit to the company Dynamic He left my house in immaculate condition and through the whole process he requested that I check his work to ensure I was satisfied with the completed tasks I believe he needs a pay rise and I endorse Dynamuc Plumbing and I give them 10 Stars for their brilliant services Very Highly Recommended

James came to uninstall a gas stove and electric oven and install a new one. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Did a great job and even went above and beyond offering to assist with moving the old stove. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

We had a problem with our Water Cylinder, we called them, they came to assess our problem, promptly, and within 2hour we had our cylinder installed. Very professional and will certainly recommend them to anyone with Plumbing problems.. Thanks DPW, great team.

Chenay and Matt were fantastic to deal with especially at a time we are coming out of Level 4 and have a blocked drain in our Restaurant. They shuffled things around to fit us in. Highly recommend this company, they are excellent.

I used Dynamic Plumbing on 2 occasions last month and also requested 2 quotes for other work. They were very responsive, provided same week service and were also very helpful with the quotes - I asked a lot of questions around what were best options for me, including financially. I felt that they genuinely tried to find the best solution rather than just seeing a business opportunity. I have used Dynamic Plumbing in the past as well and was more than happy with the outcome, for similar reasons to the above. Finally their Office Manager gave excellent customer service.

Business is a really quick service! Matthew is a good professional man, he used the different method to unblock my sink drainage. I appreciate for his work and recommend him as a good drain unblocking man! 👍🏻

Hot water feed valves seals leaking. Also the try dran was not fitted correct causing a leak. The team arrived on time and sorted out the issues for me. Then also fixed the shower door for me. One happy customer. Thanks 👍

The team at Dynamic Plumbing are incredibly great to work with. They have great communication skills, attention to detail and deliver on what they say. The team completed the plumbing on a recent new build and helped me through some tricky maintenance and drain replacement work on one of my very old rental properties their expertise and skill was much appreciated and reasonably priced.

The plumber was excellent, very efficient and professional, he did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. There was however one very strange aspect to this job, which is that he was required to wear an excessive amount of PPE, including a full body suit, gloves and a mask. This was completely unnecessary and is obviously bad for the poor man's health. I understand the fear generated for businesses by the governments tyrannical imposition of lockdowns, but I cannot in good conscience support businesses that require their staff to harm their own health by wearing masks etc. I would really like to use this business again, but next time I will enquire if they are still requiring their staff to participate in these extreme and harmful measures, and if they are then I will endeavor to find another business that is not choosing to harm their staff and acting out of fear. My comments are not intended to be a criticism of this business, but rather to explain why I do not support these terrible and harmful measures taken by the government.

I would highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing, from first contact they were friendly and helpful, this was then followed through by on time site visit, good level of communication and professional service. Competitive pricing as well.

Couldn't recommend the team at Dynamic Plumbing Works highly enough. The communication was excellent, the response was prompt and the team were really friendly and easy to deal with all round. Excellent service and very professional. fast response from Steve and helped me at night over video chat to temporarily stop my leak and the very friendly Jesse came really early in the morning and fixed the leak in my water heater in 30 minutes.
