I feel incredibly lucky to have contacted Mike who was able to come quickly and repair the mixer in the shower. He was very easy to communicate with and incredibly efficient and informative. A very kind and honest man. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

We were very impressed with Michael responding promptly to our message left, regarding our leaking/burst hot water cylinder. Matt arrived early the next morning, evaluated the job, and went away to source a replacement hot water cylinder. We were most impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. We would warmly recommend this company to others needing urgent work done.

Mitch called in this morning for blocked storm water pipe at my place He isn’t just friendly but is also professional. Quickly found the point where blocked and gave me good explanations and tips on how it happened and how to avoid a recurrence. He also organized the rest of the job with City Council, which is good. And the service charge was quite reasonable based on the job and the time he spent. Highly Recommend .Thanks Mitch

Thanks Michael for the timely repair. Called early in the morning on the 5th Wed, first working day after the new year public holidays. Michael was very helpful. The leaks were fixed right in that morning, include replaced the leaking stainless steel flexi pipe. Just in time avoid flooding the whole place. At this time of the year, some plumbers were not available till the 10th Mon or later, which is understandable being on the new year holiday break. Appreciate Michael was available. No words could express my gratitude. Sincerely wish Michael and his team a prosperous new year.

Exceptional service, someone showed up to repair my toilet in an hour. Job was completed in a very professional way, very much appreciated!

We had a crazy start to the morning with a clogged drain. We were unable to use any of our toilets/bathrooms until the Response Plumbing team came to rescue, which was pretty quick. They identified the root cause, gave us options to consider and cleared the blocked in no time. They are very reasonably priced for the amount of hard work they do. They also included a small root cutting job in the already agreed price. Highly recommend these guys for sorting out your next plumbing headache!

Recently had a blocked drain, called the 0800 number in late morning - Mike answered and arranged someone to come out to see us in the afternoon, Mitch who came and did the unblocking.. He knew exactly what need to be done and got it fixed. Thank You. AWESOME TEAM and SPEEDY RESPONSE TIME.

One morning we had low hot water pressure out of the blue which made even simple tasks difficult. I'm so glad Matt answered my call that day and he diagnosed the problem, and fixed it up super quick. Our family was very happy dealing with Mike, Mitch and Mathew. Everything has been fantastic; the quick response, honesty, professionalism, timing, setting the right expectations etc. Both Mitch and Mathew were lovely. Fantastic service. Hot water starts leaking through ceiling of downstairs flat at 9pm on a Sunday. Mike is on the job within 20 mins and has it fixed within an hour - Just couldn't speak highly enough of the top professional service!! I had an overnight plumbing emergency & after calling early on a Saturday morning, received a prompt response and a plumber onsite within an hour and a half. Matt is such an awesome plumber! I had quite a big water leak coming from the kitchen area last Thursday evening. We called Response Plumbing. Matt came in 30 minutes, found the source of the leak and fixed it within 1 hour. He was super efficient, explained things very clearly and gave good advice. I work as a frontline healthcare worker and also study full time as well, so he reduced a lot of stress for me by fixing the leak. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs an emergency plumber and would use the service again myself if there are any further leaks.

Those folks are AWESOME. I called couple of other plumbers because my hot water cylinder burst one day and I really needed urgent help. However, only Response Plumbing said they could come and took a look within like an hour before it gets worse. They were dedicated to the installation process and finished work clean as and fast as, leaving no damage to my house. Also, they are capable of handing dirty work and try their best to ensure the quality of their work. We called Response Plumbing with a major leak problem in an upstairs apartment, with very limited time available to address the issue. Mike answered the phone (which didn’t happen with others that we had called) and immediately attended to premises arriving in about thirty minutes. The problem was inside a wall cavity and not immediately obvious. He diagnosed the problem, located the cause and provided a temporary solution until a permanent repair (major works required) can be completed. These guys are fantastic. We had a major water leak right before xmas and thought we would have to wait until the new year to get a plumber to fix it. Michael from Response Plumbing was there that afternoon and fixed on the spot. He even told us about how we could claim the extra water cost back from watercare.
