a.Ray recently relocated my hot water cylinder for me. He was very punctual and communicated the steps he would undertake very clearly. Having both the necessary plumbing and electrical skills, he was able to complete this job himself. I mention this because previously I had to get a plumber to install the cylinder and then an electrician to do his part too which caused further delays. But with Ray being able to complete both aspects it made the experience a whole lot more smooth. The relocation was done in a very timely manner and the care he took to make sure the job was done right is very commendable. If I ever need work done at my house again I will specifically ask for Ray.
S.I had my second fantastic experience with euro plumbers today. Ashley Hards was brilliant - he was on time, worked out what the issue was quickly and kept me informed throughout the time he was fixing the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The initial job of fixing some leaks, and installing a toilet and washing machine ended up growing due to some shoddy installation by the previous owners, but none of this was an issue to Colin who took it all in his stride - it's clear that he believes if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well. When extra equipment was needed, it was all discussed so there was no nasty surprises, and even when issues relating to the flat's whole heating system were uncovered, he went the extra mile on doing what was needed to keep us running smoothly. Would 100% recommend, and will use again.
A.We have always had fantastic service and quality work from euro Plumbers, once again this week replacing our boiler and flue. They are expensive, but I am content to pay the higher price for the peace of mind of knowing we will get a high quality job with no corners cut.

P.I call this company this morning as I woke up finding I have no heating or hot water, they said they can come between 8 - 9 am but they did call to mention they were delayed. Once they attended they figured out the problem is jiffy , I only paid which is there small repair fee. I have lived in auckland for the last 30 years and I have never found such a honest and good company, I have used other local plumbing companies and they had very poor quality and standards of workmanship. I will recommend them to my friends and ex-tended families.
M.I got SO lucky with finding this company to replace a faulty Kitchen faucet and pipes below. They responded in 10 minutes, purchased the parts and worked into the evening to complete the repair. This is a rental apartment and I manage it. They were in constant contact with me and send videos while on the job.

By the way, before we choose Euro Plumbing, we also received a few quotes from other plumbing companies, but two of them responded very late; and the guy of Laser Plumbing inquired how many people are in our family and whether all were vaccinated Covid 19 vaccines, and changed his appointment again and again, he's like working for Ardern administration, not for a business, dumb! I threw his card into a trash bin immediately when he left, never touch Laser Plumbing.

Copper pipe work was very tidy and they’ve made the extra effort to ensure exposed pipes are minimised for aesthetic purposes. Even internal pipes were made very tidily, ensuring that pipes used are optimised. Plumbers were very knowledgeable ensuring that works carried out meet current standards and adhere to the building act.
We were particularly impressed with the new waste pipes. Even with record high heat, our delegated plumber worked efficiently to solve and create pipe works that met and exceeded our expectations.

N.I searched the internet for a plumber and found this website called auckland.plumbing. I punched in my toilet problems , email info and phone and hoped for a quick solution. In 2 seconds Adrian called my number and asked me to send him a snapshot of my problem toilet plumbing. He knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a free quote to fix. The scheduling was not a problem for Mr.adrian. He told me he works 7 days a week.
On the day of fixing the toilet based on my schedule he was very polite, respectful, humorous, meticulous, and a neat worker.
M.I used Euro Plumbing at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). They answered immediately and sent Will who came in 40 minutes, inspected, gave me a free estimate, and then ordered the new heater for me. C.Euro Plumbing assisted me with maintenance plumbing issues under our recently purchased house. This included repairing leaks, removing old drains, replacing hot water cylinder valves and installing a new vent on an older style toilet that was not flushing. They carried out all the work over two days and were very professional throughout the whole process. Starting from the sales person I spoke to right through to the accounting people that sent me all my certification the the work completed. My husband and I own several properties around Auckland and we will certainly use this company again.

D.After 18 years our old hot water cylinder went kaput. As you do these days you go online and search for the nearest Plumbing Services providers. Since I do a lot of repairs around my place I seldom use external service providers but the task of replacing the hot water cylinder is exceeding even my moderate skill levels so after searching and comparing online we narrow our choice down to Euro Plumbing. We also found an excellent deal through hot water cylinders. co.nz which includes a replacement of old cylinder and booking services by using Euro Plumbing making booking process seamless. I have to add that due to a medical situation at our home a lot of patience is required when anybody from outside our family circle need to attend the property and perform any task around it so Troy, Euro Plumbing manager and his team excelled in their patience and their considerate and respectful attitude towards our specific needs. After all electronic booking via email system and confirming times that suit us the most I initially thought that they will only send a plumber to our place. What we received instead was not just a plumber it was an artist called Reggie Pillay. After you see the shots that I will post here, you'll understand what I mean. He can easily display his workmanship in any gallery around the world. It is not just a service work, it is the work of art. Also, his attitude, politeness and consideration for our situation and his friendly manner was impeccable and beyond any expectation. I called for a quote, which arrived promptly, then proceeded to ask lots of questions in regards to installing the cylinder outdoors. Ata was very helpfiul and answered all my questions. G.My first indication of water loss was a monthly water bill three times the norm for my property. I traced the leak to the hot water cylinder valve assembly and phoned Euro plumbing on Tuesday mid morning, the technician Andrei arrived for assessment and repair at 10.30 A.M. on Thursday morning.
After a brief discussion and in view of the age of the cylinder I elected to have a new Rheem Stellar cylinder installed.The job was finished late afternoon. The neatness of the installation is excellent and very professionally carried out. All old material was removed from site and the area left clean. S.Our gas central heating developer a fault a week ago. After ringing 5 companies that advertised for central heating and have not been able to help we bumped into Euro Plumbing. Euro responded quickly and investigated the fault. After a smart process of elimination which they explained the plumber was able to find the fault which was a blockage in the manifold. We had envisioned 1000s of dollars in repairs but thanks to experts at Euro we had our heating back up for under 500. Very impressive and will recommend to neighbors who have the same system.

F.A fantastic service from Monica who organised a plumber to come out on the same day of reporting an issue with our hot water cylinder despite not having any appointments available for 2 days. Troy isn't on the tools any more but came out to try to do a quick repair so we were without hot water for as short a time as possible. This didn't work so a replacement was needed which was done the next day. Craig who installed did a great job and was very professional. We now have better water pressure than in years and look forward to seeing the bills dropping. M.Euro Plumbing went out of their way to assist on the weekend with a burst water main pipe. They arrived within 45 min on Saturday afternoon, sent me a quote within 15 to repair the pipe and completed all work after I accepted the quoted within 3 hours. I will eventually have to replace my water main but there is concrete cutting and directional drilling involved. Euro Plumbing will be doing this work next year after I save up. Let’s hope the water main holds up for that long.
w.""Well what can I say about this plumbing Company."" I had them do a bosch continuous flow LPG unit in my home approx 4 months ago, and man was I impressed . The gas fitter was extremely safety conscious, all my pipes were tested and all joins tested. He didn't leave until he was 100 percent happy, and from memory it was around 7 pm he left my home My positioning of my unit was not standard, and they tucked it away in a great position, even though they had to bring in an extra team member to help them get it up there. As i changed the position and more pipe was required, I was happy to pay the extra, and they quoted it to me up front. Krishna was his name. The other person who sorted out my shower was Ryan, and man he knows his stuff, finally got my second shower working properley upstairs. He was a legend in my house and finally two showers operational. And again Ryan one night got called out to my place when we had an issue getting the unit to light. He called in on his way home well after 5 pm, no fault of there installation, I had a faulty changeover valve on my bottles, which Euro Plumbing changed free of charge. I trusted them so much we left the key out for him. Would I recommend them, Yes I sure would, and you will see my second review of them, as they have just done my new bathroom. Hard to find good people, oh had to go back and add, how helpful and great to deal with Lorraine is. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

D.we had a drainage pipe installed on a new build and the pipe was not connected to the main waste outlet, later on we had the drive way laid and found the blockage in the center of the drive, we paid upfront fror the inspection and did not get any return from Euro. later they came and cut a piece out of the drive and connected the pipe, that was 2 MONTHS ago
and still no repair to the drive which has a 1/2meter wide cut 4 meter long in the center of the drive forcing us not to use 1/2 of the dtive way. since posting this the repairs have been done and all is good now.

W.We have an old weatherboard house with the original garage under the house having major water seepage issues. Fixing this involved digging down the side of the house, sealing the walls and replacing / realigning all the drains. A very big undertaking. On top of this we required considerable landscaping and concreting work to be done. Rudy and his team not only solved the water seepage problem but undertook to project manage the whole process. They also helpfully came up with changes and enhancements as the project progressed. With so many different trades people involved it typically took longer than expected but we ended up with a great result. All costs were as agreed. We thoroughly recommend using Euro Plumbing.
D.UPDATE: Rudy the owner contacted me to understand what went wrong, and how he could make things right from a customer point of view. He listened to what I had to say and genuinely addressed my concerns. Really impressed by his commitment to the customer and in the end we came to a satisfactory outcome. Thanks to Euro and Rudy
$50 call out, $25 per 15mins or $100 p/h. Took 1:45 to change a faulty cartridge and tighten pipe. Also charged 100% markup on parts. $180 for Methven Fastflow TPSJCP cartridge which I know retails for $90 as I called Chesters. Also they do not provide an immediate invoice on job completion and did not inform that part would be $180, so you have no idea how much you will be charged until bill arrives. Complained that they were breaching consumer trading laws by charging IMO an unfair markup to no avail. Please be aware to get an upfront quote for all parts and labour before getting them to complete job. Have attached invoice for reference.
