Really happy with the service that Rob provided. Got to the house really fast, repaired the hot water cylinder quickly and cost effectively, with great communication. Highly recommend!

Great job! We haven't had hot water for two days and Rob definitely lived up to 'fast and reliable service'. Rob was quick to respond to my online request, he was able to come within the day. He also talked me through all the issues with my hot water cylinder, which was both informative but illustrated how dedicated he is to providing a great service. I looked online for prices and Rob is very competitive. He was also just great to talk too. I will definitely be calling Rob again if I have any issues. Thank you so much!

Arrived on time, cylinder removed and after installation of new cylinder the area was so clean you would not have known he had been there. Rob is a lovely man, and very efficient with friendly service. Highly recommend Rob.

we called a plumber at first but he couldn’t find the problem but still charge us out service+ an hour labor rate... we had no hot water for three days.... then I googled here and called Rob, he came early in the morning and fixed our water cylinder instantly! And I liked how he explain the price and service very clearly at the beginning, we won’t go anywhere else next time! Thanks Rob

Friendly and professional service. Arrived very quickly and worked efficiently. Gave great advice but never felt like he was trying to push us to do more work than was needed. I did a phone around of several companies and this was by far the best company in terms of pricing, phone manner and booking an early appointment time. The man that helped us was a real gentleman and a pleasure to deal with on all levels. I will most certainly be contacting Hot Water Fast Fix in the future should the need arise. I just simply could not recommend Rob enough. I'm in the building industry, so when our hot water cylinder packed up, I asked a few of my contacts whom best to speak to and Rob was mentioned multiple times, but none other than Brett Mcquinlan, whom himself is highly respected in the building industry suggested Rob. So it was a no brainier to contact Rob about our issue. After calling, Rob was free within two hours. I met him back at my home and he had the problem fixed within the hour, despite the problem being far more complicated than initially thought. It's only people like Rob with large experience and great attitude that can solve issues like what we had quickly and efficiently. Personal thanks to Rob. And even though my positive review is among many on google and nocowboys, I hope that if someone reading this, is pondering whom to go with, you'd need not look further than this.

Had a hot water cylinder leakage and contacted Rob through online search. Really fast fix with reasonable price and was impressed by his super cool van. Highly recommend his professional services!

Phenomenal service! I logged a hot water crisis at around 9.30pm. Rob responded twenty minutes later and was on my doorstep before I was even out of pyjamas the following morning. He isolated and fixed the problem quickly and at a very fair price. I was blown away by the speed of service and could not recommend his work more highly. My only disappointment is he's not available for general electrical work!

Great service. I highly recommended Hot Water Fast Fix. Rob discussed my issue over the phone and I text him a photo of the hot water pressure relief valve that was dripping too much. He got me to run the hot water and report on the dripping so he could arrive with the right parts. He arrived at the arranged time, explained what he was doing, tested the pressure, worked fast and replaced the pressure limiting valve. Paul from Newmarket

Had a hot water cylinder overflow issue for a long time. Got another plumber fixed it a few times, but it is still happening. Rang Rob at 4pm today, he arrived at 5pm as agreed, fixed my problem at 6pm. Very fast response, very professional and friendly. I should have contacted you 5 years ago when I first had this problem. Highly recommended!
