A valve in our hot water cylinder needed replacing and our down pipe also needed fixing as it had cracked. We have just moved into the area and I found Mathews Plumbing and Gasfitting. I contacted Matthews Plumbing through their facebook page and was not expecting to have been contacted so quickly. Within a few minutes (literally three or four minutes) I had spoken with an actual person and had a job booked in for the following day. Justin came out to look at a leaking water mains pipe and had it sorted within 10 minutes. He was incredibly friendly and was very polite and professional. Always great, friendly, reliable service. Don’t use the online payment system (Fergus) to pay the bill, just do a bank transfer to them directly. Fergus ends up costing the client a significant amount more.
