A valve in our hot water cylinder needed replacing and our down pipe also needed fixing as it had cracked. We have just moved into the area and I found Mathews Plumbing and Gasfitting. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and would use them again in the future!

Prompt service. Arrived at the time given. Discussed options and work started immediately after that. No mess and very efficient and friendly. Have used this company numerous times. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Mathews Plumbing and Gasfitting for a number of years from toilet installation, water tank install, fridge water setup, gas water heater install and alot of other bits and bobs. They are friendly reliable and do a great job. We will continue to use their services in the future.

Matthews Plumbing & Gasfitting recently did the plumbing for our new laundry, including removing the old sink and tap, moving pipes, sink installation, tap installation and hooking up our washing machine. They did a great job and were always prompt with communication.

Nothing but good things to say, We called them as our hot water cylinder had an issue and needed replaced, they turned up within a few hours and quoted us a gas califont, it was installed by midday the next day and the workmanship looks excellent. Good bunch of guys too. Thanks

Matthews Plumbing installed an new electric hot water cylinder and system for our family home. Really easy, friendly and proactive to deal with. Very happy with quality and outcome of job. We had a water leak and a broken laundry sink. The water leak was difficult to fix. Justin was excellent at sorting the problem. Impressed.

I contacted Matthews Plumbing through their facebook page and was not expecting to have been contacted so quickly. Within a few minutes (literally three or four minutes) I had spoken with an actual person and had a job booked in for the following day. Justin came out to look at a leaking water mains pipe and had it sorted within 10 minutes. He was incredibly friendly and was very polite and professional. Always great, friendly, reliable service. Don’t use the online payment system (Fergus) to pay the bill, just do a bank transfer to them directly. Fergus ends up costing the client a significant amount more.

I called Chris at Matthews plumbing when I arrived at a property I am marketing to find a bathroom pipe had been leaking and caused a flood. Chris was nothing short of amazing! He left what he was doing to come to the property, turned off the water (which I couldn't locate) repaired the leak and saved the day. I will definitely use his company again and would highly recommend his services.

Arrived on time and did a really tidy job. I have used them twice and each time they have had some available and the job has been good.

Justin replaced two inside taps and an outside tap quickly and efficiently, and answered all my questions as he did so. Highly recommended.

Replaced our leaking toilet, including some tricky plumbing going from a partially in wall toilet to free standing. All good and done when they said they would.
