Tom installed a new rainwater collection tank and pumping system for us. He and his team provided a very professional and high quality service. Work was completed to the agreed cost and schedule and the new system fully meets our expectations.

Tom was very efficient and speedy in answering the phone on a crazy Saturday mid level 3 Covid lockdown. Dan came out and assessed our issue and fixed the problem within minutes. He was super friendly and professional and even offered to help us out with a car battery issue. Top quality service all round. Absolutely recommend without a doubt. Cheers heaps guys!!

I received fantastic service from Pipe Fix Plumbing. I had an issue on a Sunday during Covid lockdown and when I called them they came with in a very short time and didn’t make me feel that I was in any way a nuisance. They did a very good job and were so helpful. I would highly recommend them and definitely have them as my regular plumbers in the future.

Brilliant service provided by Pipe Fix Plumbing. Professional, polite and knowledgeable guys with a high standard of works. I had hot water issues on Saturday night and rang Tom, received a call from Farman with a ETA on Sunday morning. After some investigation, he found the cause and fix it quickly and efficiently, very pleased with the price which is competitive and customer focused. Will be booking another job with Tom soon, as well as for other jobs within the near future. I highly recommend Pipe Fix Plumbing to all.

We urgently needed someone first thing on a Sunday morning to look at a leaking pipe which was dripping through the roof and into one of our bedrooms. After researching the net for emergency plumbers, we contacted PipeFix and Tom responded to our call for help immediately. He was at our place within the hour, and we had water and a fixed pipe within the following hour. Tom arrived promptly, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot - he even managed to fix it without damaging our ceiling, which we had initially expected! Extremely happy with Pipefix Plumbing. Woke up Friday morning at 8.30am to a rather big leak in what appeared to be an extremely difficult place to get to. Faramin was on-site and had it sorted within 2 hours of calling and all cleaned up afterwards! Incredible response time and considering it was the day before a long weekend, very grateful he could get it done! 10/10 reccomend to anyone who needs someone they can rely on.

Had a pipe burst on easter monday and PipeFix sent someone out pretty promptly. They managed to sort it out within an hour and their callout fee was pretty fair for a public holiday. Will absolutely give these guys a call again in the future for any plumbing needs

Received huge watercare bill during the C-19 lockdown. Had no sign of any leak. Called Tom who was onsite within an hour. Tom took care to diagnose the problem in order to cause as little damage as possible, then cut through the concrete and replaced the broken fitting. Great service. Highly recommended.

Tom dropped everything the day before travelling for his wedding! My calafont died and we didn't have any hot water. Tom sourced a new one and replaced it in the pooring rain all within a couple of hours. Helpful and gracious when he had limited time available. Highly recommended.
