I had blocked drains. PlumbQuick arrived on time to assess. Explained clearly what the problem was and what the repair would entail. Reece arrived at exactly time I was told the next day to replace broken drain. Very polite helpful young man who quickly got on with the job and did an excellent clean up of the site. Would thoroughly recommend PlumbQuick.

Mike was at at home within an hour of our call, the quickest service ever. He followed up the next day as promised with a new cylinder, installed it and we had hot water again within 3hrs. We had 3 different quotes and Plumb Quick was the best value. There service was so good, I wanted to leave him a tip but will drop off a gift next time I’m in their area. You guys were the best. Thank you.

As a Property Manager we rely on professional prompt service.. Ronal is fantastic. He attends jobs promptly, completes work to a high standard and s very helpful if we need professional advise, Also very reasonably priced and great with clients. Highly recommend. Thank you Ronal you are a star!

One of my boy nicked a water pipe drilling through some framing to run a new power feed to the switchboard, to discover a thin-walled copper water pipe running across the top of the switchboard. Live switchboard immediately drenched and our work stopped until water off, pipe repaired and water damage fixed. We called a dozen emergency plumbers but should have just called plumbquick first - they had their man over to site within 2 hours, repaired the pipe and we finished our job only an hour later than planned. It could have been a disaster but PlumbQuick pulled us out of the fire and the invoice was extremely reasonable. Full marks

Nathan was absolutely great! Fast, efficient service. We needed a new gas stove connected and are very glad we used Plumb Quick. I would recommend them to anyone that are looking for fast, friendly and efficient service!

Called in the morning at 0815 and spoke to Holly, she was very professional and advised me they would contact me when they had a plumber in my area, At 1600 I had not heard from the company, I called them again and spoke to Hanna.and explained I was still waiting for a call back, she put me on hold for a minute or 2 and advised me the plumber would be here later this arvo, About half an hour later the plumber called and advised he was leaving Orewa and on his way. The Plumber arrived and was efficient and professional, he explained the problem and what he needed to fix the job. Kane did a fine job a credit to the company.

Very good service late on a Friday night. Restored our water very quickly despite the failed fittings being 20 years old. The plumber asked for photos so he knew what he was dealing with before he came. Really nice guy. Phone contact was very good too. Thanks very much. I will use then again.

There was no communication with the office and myself about when/if Nathan would be available so I was surprised when he called to say he was on the way. Nathan is always friendly, and he explains what he's doing so I can understand. He did a great job and I'm really happy with his service. He went above and beyond to assist with what we could do in the future to prevent further plumbing problems. Big tick for Nathan, thumbs down for the office communication

Wow... what can I say? Nathan absolutely knows everything and does exactly what he promises. Quickplumb also delivers exactly what it says too. This is a great experience and I will not hesitate to be a returning customers. I would even recommend to ask for Nathan if he is available!

I really appreciated Jeff repairing our toilet leak. He was prompt and left the place very tidy after having to cut a hole in the wall to get access to the cistern.

I used Plumbquick for the following same day repairs... 1. Clean spouting and unblock the blocked down pipe 2. Replace old leaking tap in laundry. 3. Inspect the leaking over flow from the cylinder and fix the cold water expansion valve leaking continuously. Booked for 9am but arrived at noon. Michael assessed all three jobs quickly and carried out the work after visiting the merchants for spare parts. Very pleased with the outcome. Would use again.

After calling several people during a serious flooding issue PlumbQuick were the first to reply. And the plumber arrived within half the time estimated, listened to our problem and provided a quick solution. I'll be calling them again if I have a flood late at night in a storm.

I had an underground leak that was very difficult to locate, Steve from Plumbquick located the leak and suggested an alternative route for the pipe work. He was very professional and once he started he did not stop until the work was completed. At one stage the poor guy was covered from head to toe in mud, he never complained and with a quick change of clothes he finished the job. I am very happy with Plumbquick and would recommend them.
