I thought the service was very quick and well done. The serviceman explained the problem well, was able to replace the part on the spot and I could pay with his portable eftpos. An emailed receipt arrived that afternoon. The only thing that would have been useful on the receipt was the name of the serviceman and the name of the part replaced.

A burst water pipe needed urgent attention so I called Plumb Quick Ltd. They answered straight away and arranged an assessment immediately. They offered free quotes for 2 options once the problem was detected. The technician also offered support with how to apply for a leak allowance with Watercare Auckland which was a huge help because the leak was only detected after the rain had stopped and the bill was massive due to the leak. Right from the initial phone call advising that I had a hot water cylinder that was leaking and 25 years old they were onto it. Ben came out and done the inspection and was absolutely wonderful, he was really friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful, my cylinder was ordered and ready for installation within a couple of days (I was waiting on finance approval). Robin came out and did the installation and he was just like Ben, friendly and knowledgeable and again very helpful. At the end of the job everything was left tidy . The plumber turned up promptly, did a fast and thorough job on the plumbing issue we had, and since I'd paid for an hour of time ($250 odd) for a job that took about 2 minutes, the plumber offered to check all our other plumbing and see if there was anything else that needed attention. There weren't any other issues, but I appreciated the fact that he offered to check.

I want to praise a top-notch job done by Rhys from Plumbquick. The job was completed within an hour; he was very professional and able to identify the problem and fix the blockage in the sewer. Very reasonable price, considering not only does he solve the problem, he also does the cleanup. I noticed he put an extra bag over the one that had all the mess from afterwards. This shows dedication that he's working from a customer perspective, and this customer service level is just absolutely top-notch and needs to be praised. Not only that, in my situation, the cause of the problem may lie within the council side, and he said he'll help to report the fault to the council for us, which is very helpful. I have had 2 calls from Plumb Quick in the past 6 months and both times their services has been exceptional. The last time was to replace my hot water cylinder that started leaking and had to get a replacement. This was organised the for following day, to not only replace it but move it under the house. Jarred had a long day that day, starting at 7am and leaving at 7pm. Want to get job done quick? Yes Plumbquick is really fast. My experience with Plumbquick was great! It took me a while to decide replacing my old low pressure hot water cylinder until we nearly ran out of hot water. Accepted the quote on Tuesday and job done on Wednesday! I have used Plumbquick several times, this latest job was at the same high standard as previously. It was a maintenance job, arranged date and time, I got a phone call 30 minutes before and Steve the plumber arrived right on time, he did an excellent job. After this particular job Steve pointed out that our water pressure was quite high and asked if we would like a reducing valve fitted. He explained that water pressure has been introduced into the Building Code for buildings. We agreed and as he had a few minutes available could install the valve there and then. We immediately noticed a difference to our plumbing fixtures. Great service and thanks Steve.

5 Stars The Best. Frankly angels from heaven. The office manager lady that i made the booking with was super lovely and kind. Jeff the plumber was a master artist and tradesman. He came dead on time and worked so professionally and diligently. Its a real skill being a plumber and you really need to know your craft. Obviously i don’t but I really appreciated Jeff taking charge and doing such a beautiful job. The two taps he replaced were really great quality. My mum who passed away in 2029 used to use plumbquick and i can see why. She was a classy lady and my experience with jeff and the team is exceptional quality, beautiful manners, kindness, care, empathy and understanding, incredible skill, knowledge and artistry, going above and beyond. Jeff is a real master. This house is 30 years. What he did in an hour and half. You feel such relief that it all went all right and was sorted. Exceptional
