R.Fantastic service From Stately Plumbing Team.
A big thank you to Jimmy & his team for upgrading our hot water to Gas hot water system . They are always on time from scheduling a site visit to till completion of the job. Very precise about their work, identifying any issues and also providing a very honest advise. Quality workmanship and very friendly team. Don't have second thought if you want to use any of their services just ring and leave it them to sort it.
F.Matt was super quick in responding to our urgent needs right when no one else is doing any work on Xmas and NYE period.
The job was done quickly, fairly priced, and tidy finishing was provided as well.
We needed 2 bath tubs connected and 3 showers installed for a dog washing facility.

They were extremely quick to send someone (Lewis) from when I called although I did live 10min away they were precise with time of arrival and even though he was sprung with a couple of unexpected jobs around the house, he was extremely helpful and executed the job properly. D.Matt and John came and reviewed a gas problem and were great. They discussed the various possible reasons for the fault and worked through them and contacted the rinnai company to properly diagnose it. They openly discussed at what point a replacement part was worth it, for the age of our unit, and when a new unit would be best. I felt informed and also in charge of how much time and money was best spent on the problem. I have no hesitation recommending them for gas or plumbing work.

E.Highly recommend! They got in contact extremely quickly and sent someone out right away plus kept me informed of the arrival time of the plumber. Had a leaky toilet which was fixed in no time. The plumber also fixed the toilet seat that was a little bit broken. Great service! Would definitely use again! Thanks guys!
