Excellent customer service from Deb, Ben and the team. Quickly contacted me after my initial enquiry, organised a site visit to go through my requirements for rain water tank installation. They worked hard to complete the installation before Christmas. Quality components used throughout. Very happy with my new water system. Would definitely recommend Sullivan plumbing.

They squeezed me in before Xmas at the busiest time of year on an urgent basis which was amazing since we were having 15 people in for Xmas dinner and had a blocked drain. Fantastic team. Came short notice to sort out issues a previous plumber made so we could get our tiler in for our Reno. Within 30 minutes of making a phone call, we had 2 experienced professional tradesmen arrive at our home. To remove broken leaking boiler and install a new boiler. The 2 guys both kept to the safety guidelines around covid restrictions both wore face masks throughout the time they were in the home and maintained a safe distance from all household members. Ben was very professional and detected the l hidden leak almost immediately. He rectified the damage by Repairing and advised me to take immediate steps to repair the damage to the wall and the floor .

They were efficient, and friendly and easy to talk to. I didn't need to explain the problem too much, and they kept me in the loop of whether they needed to grab tools from the van, or if they needed access. And they were very clear in letting me know the result/outcome and what the issue was so that I know what to look out for, although in this particular instance, it wasn't something that I had done.

I would give them 10 Stars if I Could. Rang in the morning as Tenant had no Hot Water. They were able to juggle their work to sort it out. Such great service from the Sullivan team. We had our boiler break down the day before a public holiday and they were able to stop the leak and install a new one within hours! Rakesh from the team was delightful and worked late into the evening to ensure that we had hot water over the long Easter holiday break. Easy to deal with. Great communication, easy to understand the process & what is required. We had a drain to be installed from the washing machine where there was none (previous owner had laundry dry-cleaned). The solution was much simpler than we had envisioned. I recently used Sullivan Plumbing to replace an old sewer pipe at my home. It was an urgent repair as we had a digger on-site and a concrete pour due to happen in the next few days.
