Fantastic service! Cylinder died a very leaky death late Friday afternoon. Contacted Chris begging for help. Plumber arrived in 20 minutes and disconnected cylinder and took it away. New cylinder arrived shortly afterwards and plumber Dave returned Saturday and installed this. Panicked when it happened on Friday afternoon. Very hard to get such quick service at that time. Price also was great. This company cannot be beaten!

Excellent work. Fast and hassle free right from my help the hot water cylinder is leaking everywhere phone call late on a Friday afternoon. They knew I was freaking out and could of sold me anything but still tried to make sure I had the best deal possible and the guys who put the cylinder in and the electrician that they called in all wonderful. Couldn't be better. Thanks Guys. :)

It was a great experience dealing with team from the crew in office to the cylinder installers and the electrician. It was a new hot water cylinder for my elderly parents and from contacting the team to completion was within two days! Would highly recommend the guys!

From the outset, dealing with Craig from Cylinder Guys was a stress free experience that carried on through the installation of our water cylinder from gas to electric to fit our solar power system. Works were carried out professionally and timely, Plumbers advice very much appreciated....value for money. I dont hesitate to recommend Cylinder Guys if you want new equipment and quality workmanship.

The cylinder is working OK and the sight of it is OK when the hot water cupboard doors are closed as the cylinder is leaning and I consider that the seismic strap would not hold it during an earthquake but my clothes shelving would.

Awesome service from the Cylinder Guys! Responded to my website request straight away, provided a really competitive quote to replace my old Vulvan Freeloader with a new Rheem Stellar, and had the job done, quick and tidy, within 2 days of me agreeing to go ahead. Highly recommended.

Overall it is not too bad. The cylinder guy provided me options and useful advice. The installation team was nice to talk to. However, the works they've done is a bit rough. I found the leaks afterwards and call them back twice. It cost me a couple of hundred bucks extra to finally fix the problem.

They must have changed plumbers since the last reviews, I had the guy out to install a new hot water cylinder and he was great! Came out the day after I called, installed my upgraded water heater and took away the old one as well with no problems.

I had a problem of leaky Cylinder and then looked up in the internet for a solution provider. "The Cylinder Guy" appeared to be doing the exact job that I was after and most of the info was in the website. I got a call immediately following submission of my details. After careful analysis of all the minor details, the problem was solved immediately by replacing the very old cylinder.

Quick, efficient service, Phil and Kevin very easy to talk with and the plumber was brilliant. Great turnaround timewise and a very clean job.

I sent them a contact request late on Friday evening after not receiving a quote from a different plumber for well over a week. I was expecting a call by around Wednesday at best, but Jason called me the very next morning (Saturday!) and arranged for his plumber David to come by and scope out the requirements at lunchtime. David took a quick look, then Jason called me barely 10 minutes later with a quote. We had the cylinder installed today (Wednesday) and couldn't be happier with the result. The whole process was extremely painless and it just goes to show the virtue of being organised and proactive. Jason deserves some serious props for this.

I'm not sure how they work for new cylinder installation. But today I have good experience with their team member name Dan. I have no hot water since last night, emailed them morning at 6.30am and Dan called me at 8am. He asked me to check few things about the problem before they come to check. He advise me to call Vector 1st to check if there is any electrical fault as if its they mistaken it will be free of charges. But since Vector faultman didnt show up for almost 2 hrs from their confirmation time, I called Dan again ask for his help to just send his team member even We have to pay. And not long after in about 20 minutes there is electrical man fro Cylinder guy came and fix the problem in less then 1 hour. So.. as now We have hot water in the middle of winter, We don't need to have an ice bucket challenge tonight 😁 . So for my experience today, their response for service is excellent (polite, helpfull and fast). Thanks.
