L.I called and spoke to Darren looking for support on a potential under sink leak. Although he had no immediate bookings available he walked me through turning off the water and asked several questions. This lead me to locate the issue and it meant I wasn't in need of a plumber. He was patient and helpful and I am so glad I called! Will be keeping their number for future plumbing needs.
