My dealings with Valet Plumbing were with Greg who responded to our major problem with a blocked drain swiftly. At all times Greg kept me advised as to when his man would be there. Very comforting when you have a problem such as we did. The end result after a camera was used to establish where the blockage was the problem was fixed. Excellent communication and really easy to deal with. I phoned in the morning and a few hours later I had someone show up. Jarrod came by to investigate a leak. He was super helpful, found a few issues , provided some good advice and offered to do immediate repairs. Really friendly and professional team.

It is hard to get a plumber in Auckland, even more so during level 3 lockdown, but the Valet team were working my street, came the next day, were courteous, professional, and did a great job. I’ve saved their number for next time.
