I have used Laser Plumbing Cambridge to install our new sink, hot tap and dishwasher in the working display kitchen at our new Palazzo Kitchens showroom here in Cambridge. We had 2 visits, and both were done very professionally. They were on-time and communicated clearly what was going to be done and how long it would take. They both went beyond expectations by problem solving, demonstrating how my boiling tap works, and clearing all of the rubbish and taking it with them. I will certainly recommend them to our kitchen customers who ask.

During a very busy pre-Christmas week, these guys managed to fit my job in so that I could have hot water going into Christmas and New Year. The regulator on my gas heating was kaputt and they replaced it promptly. This is the 3rd time I have used Laser Plumbing, and I will continue to do so because they are so professional.

Huge thanks to Laser Plumbing who rescued me when I discovered a leaking tap on moving in day. They came around promptly and stopped the leak then scheduled another visit later to replace the taps for a more permanent fix. I'm very happy with the finished job and very grateful to the team.

I struggle to get a plumber to travel out to my place (30+ kms from town), so was thrilled these guys were willing to come out. Received excellent customer service, particularly when the chap explained the problem with the low water pressure and the various ways it could be fixed. I even received a follow-up call afterwards, to check I was happy with everything. Highly recommended - I will definitely use them again!

We had an issue with our sewer system and once we contacted Laser Plumbing the guys turned up within a very short period of time. They quickly found the problem and immediatly got stuck in to fix it. They also organised for the tank to be pumped. These guys acted in a professional manner the entire time they were here and they had a great sense of humour. Their work standard was second to none and the rates were very reasonable. I would recommend Laser Plumbing to anyone. Thanks guys.

A few days after New Years Day (i.e. most places are closed for the holiday break) we had contractors damage a stormwater pipe, and had to call Laser Plumbing at 4pm . Got immediate service and plumber was on site 20 minutes later and job was repaired another 40 minutes (5pm). Very nice chap, polite and knowledgeable. Will now be our go to plumber when situations arise!
