Kerry and John replaced a 30 year old low pressure hot water cylinder for us, and they were amazing. Really responsive to our initial enquiry, provided options for improving our shower pressure, and supplied a clear, itemised quote that was very reasonable. The workmanship is fantastic, and our hot water pressure is significantly better. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used A1 Plumbing and just like the first time I can not fault them. On time, Very Friendly, Rates are very good. If you are looking for a plumber call A1 Plumbing first. I know i will. Thanks again guys

We'd thoroughly recommend A1 and Kerry, workmanship, communication and punctual. Our hot water cylinder broke and we'd been waiting for another plumber for over a week- after broken promises and no communication I decided to call Kerry and he was at our house within half an hour. He talked through options and gave us pros and cons for each option- he sent us a quote within 5 hours of first contact and He was back within the week to install and did a great job. Thanks A1plumbing!

Kerry is an amazing plumber. He is knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. He installed a new heat pump hot water system at our house, replacing our 1956 cylinder. The difference is amazing! But what I really appreciated was the time Kerry took in answering my questions, and the care he took in his workmanship, checking all the pipes and coming back again the next day to check again. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kerry and we will be using him again in the near future for our bathroom reno. Thanks Kerry!

I highly recommend A1 Plumbing! Our hot water cylinder was leaking and Kerry responded to my call for help, immediately. His communication, knowledge and recommendations were excellent, and timeliness second to none. Kerry and Carl are real gentlemen who take pride in their work. And to top it off we now also have mains pressure which we had not thought possible. Thank you so much.

Highly Recommend Contacted A1 Plumbing as after a full bathroom renovation, the water pressure and warmth from our shower mixer was disappointing. Apart from increasing temperature at our low pressure water cylinder, the plumber who carried out the renovation seemed unable or unwilling to help further. A1 Plumbing's website is excellent, very informative and Kerry himself is very professional and pleasant. Kerry was quickly able to rectify the poor shower performance. The shower warmth and pressure is now 100% better than it was prior to his visit. Very happy with the outcome, pleased and relieved to find an reliable, trustworthy and knowledgable plumber. Kerry came to my house to fix my shower because the pressure was so bad. It seems our previous plumber had done a bad job and hadn't explained to us what we needed to make our new bathroom renovation work properly. We took kerrys advice and changed a few things around and what an amazing difference! Kerrys skills professionalism and quality workmanship mean we have already recommended him to friends! We had a running cistern and there was no way of turning off the water. We called A1 Plumbing and within a few hours Kerry and Carl came round to fix the problem. They replaced the broken part and everything is working again. Thank you very much for fixing the problem so promptly! Can definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. Quick to take calls, and come to check the issue before letting you know price and when they can come. Quick to action the job both Guys that came did a great job. Replaced the hot water cylinder, fixed water pressure and shower, fixing up problems from a previous plumber to make it easier for whoever else comes in. (A1 plumbing) Answered follow up calls swiftly and came out to check and fix the problems that weren’t their fault. Defiantly will be using them for future plumbing jobs. If you want a top job this is your company to use.

We had a bathroom vanity put in, a new kitchen tap, bath tap repaired. Overall good work Just a shame Bathroom vanity wasnt fixed in properly the first time. They didnt charge us for 2 of the hours worked which is appreciated. At the end of the day its the overall experience that you remember and whether you were listened to or not.

Great plumbers. They did a good job on swapping out my leaking LP hot water cylinder with a mains pressure externally located one. Looks tidy and they set it up with maximum energy savings using a thermostatic mixing valve, which was a pleasant surprise!

Great experience. Called Kerry, who answered immediately, took my address and was there that evening to investigate our non-functioning Hot Water Cylinder. Came around the next morning and repaired it. Job done professionally and without fuss. Friendly, professional operator.
