T.Charles is amazing! Called him this morning after having terrible service from my gas company. He gave me amazing advice and a quick solution. Talked me through acouple of things to try and stayed on the phone with me while I did everything to ensure I got it working.
He was so lovely and easy to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable!! I highly reccommened!!!

After several phone calls and texting backwards and forwards with advice for us to try first, Charles called around to identify the problem. 10 minutes later we have hot water again! Many many many thanks Charles, with a 3 month old baby and 2 other children we were not looking forward to the bath time routine on this cold evening!

M.Charles installed our gas unit yesterday. Highly recommend him. He arrived on time and worked quickly. The unit, all the pipes etc are all level and extremely neat and tidy. Charles is a nice guy - great sense of humour but he is not a time waster. He came, did the job to a very high level, cleaned up after himself and was on his way. He emailed us the Gas Certification that same evening. Very happy and highly recommend him to everyone.
S.Out of the 8 plumbing companies I had enquired to Charles was the only one who offered to come around to my new home to organize a quote for installing a gas hot water system. The job was completed to an excellent standard and he was great to work with. He left the place clean and didn’t try to sell me anything I didnt need.
