Outstanding service!!! I had an issue with my water tank that had a major leak. I contacted Foley's team and they did not disappoint. Fletcher is one of Foley's representatives that attended my house to investigate/fix the issue. I am so pleased with the service and the attention to details. Fletcher possess great attitude, good communication and explained the issue with a solution. I had a kitchen tap leak for which I sent Foleys details such as the brand and some photos showing where and how the tap was leaking. The plumber arrived within an hour, which was great. However, after a brief look at the tap, he said that the brand was something they did not repair or supply. I appreciated his prompt response and paid the call-out fee (just over $120 which was not bad), but would have been happier if they simply told me this without coming (after all they already knew the brand before coming). After the plumber left, I contacted the brand directly and found out it was a small issue - they sent me the replacement part and it was just a 5 minute job. Overall, Foleys was prompt and inexpensive, but could have done more or avoided the unnecessary call-out (and sent the plumber somewhere needed him more).

We used Foleys to convert from electric hot water to gas after our cylinder started leaking, from the visit for the quote to the install of the gas they were great, good communication and the install went without a hitch with the plumber and gas fitter doing the job really great to work with. Pleased we now have a Plumbing service we can rely on for the rest of our renovations. Thanks Foleys.

Foley was not the first company I contacted when our hot water tank wasn't heating.The other company I contacted took a phone message and said they would get back to me.I had not heard from them in 24 hours so I contacted Foleys who came and fixed the problem within 3 hours of my phone call.So thanks for your prompt attention. We had a nightmare situation where our hot water cylinder was found leaking throughout the laundry, but after consulting Kieran and understanding what our options were, we ended up with the Bathroom renovation that we have dreamed about doing for a long time. The result - Better than we could have ever imagined. The next job on the list is the Kitchen and we will definitely be using Foley's again for that.

Were available for a emergency call out to repair my hot water cylinder as last one I used didn't fix properly. Foley's were very reasonable priced compared to other company. Highly recommend. Did the job correctly.

Jason, Paul and Lance were awesome to deal with. I got a gas water main installed, the process was explain in a way I could understand. The gentlemen were professional, had great communication and treated me like a person not just a job number. Once completed it was explained to me in steps what to do when the gas bottles get connected. It was a pleasure having Jason, Paul and Lance in my home, I felt safe and as though my comfort and safety was taken seriously. Thank you for your help service, humor and help.

Noticed the top of our HWC was swimming in water. Thought 'this is going to be a bad day'. Found Foleys on Google and related sad story to kind receptionist. A plumber arrived on site within an hour and had the leak repaired within half an hour. Fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Bad day not so bad after all.

What outstanding service we received from Foleys. Their technician arrived very quickly after our call for help to fix a broken Gas Hot Water system. Foleys came to help with an emergency repair at the drop of a hat. They were very friendly and helpful and the price was pretty reasonable.

As always our first point of call were Foleys when we realised we had a leak! Have come to use them as our one and only for any plumbing and electrical repairs over the years as the service is outstanding. Can't fault their friendly and professional manner. Always on time and very efficient and tidy with any repairs.

The customer service from Foley's Chch is outstanding. After my first experience (a toilet repair) I told them how impressed I was with the whole experience. Now, my other toilet needed attention so I emailed Foley's in the evening (7:15pm) expecting a reply the next morning. Janelle emailed me back right away and the service call was scheduled. Foleys Plumbing & Electrical installed a replacement gas hot water system replacing an aging one that was no longer working. The job started out as a simple installation but due to malicious damage to an earthing wire there was a significant amount of extra work required. This was completed speedily and to my total satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Foleys for any plumbing or gas fitting work.

This is the 4th time we used Foleys. As always, we had amazing service. The booking system was easy to use. The response was shift. We had the plumber coming 2 days before Christmas (24 hours after our plumbing mishap)! He was on time, professional and polite. Foleys even coordinated a Builder for us to fix the hole on the wall. Never disappointed with Foleys and have recommended many times. This time an even repair, toilet repair and installation of a heater/ light / fan in bathroom. New laundry sink installation was done well and on time. Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that, due to an email address error on their part, we did not receive an invoice - even after calling Foleys' office to specifically request one asap. We had a phone call today after a further 6 weeks to say we had an overdue account! We received a nice apology from Janelle and it is all sorted now.

We first used Foleys when our hot water cylinder blew up when we were overseas. Came out on a Sunday (within an hour of ringing) to help us with a leaking hot water cylinder. Had a quote for converting to gas hot water on the Monday and installation occurred on the Wednesday!!!! Blardy awesome service, great bunch of lads, Jason's a star :) Cheers

I rang Foley's for an electrician. They answered the phone immediately and made a detailed appointment with day and time right on the spot and a summary of their charges. The electrician they sent arrived when scheduled, was courteous and knowledgable. He not only fixed the fault but provided superior equipment which has worked faultlessly. What more can you ask?

I put a screw through a water pipe and called AA Home Response. A plumber (Jason) from Foley's was out to our place (Friday evening of a long weekend) really fast. He had the problem fixed in a flash and had us up and running again. What looked like it would be a nightmare weekend, turned into an easy-to-fix issue. Jason was sensational - fast, friendly and let us know exactly what was going on.

Really impressed with the level of communication from Foleys throughout our dealings with them. From the first point of contact, they were friendly professional and timely. This was a small job, repairing washing machine fittings but both the administrators and the Plumber were excellent, taking the time to explain what was needed. Prices seemed very competitive to me and would definately use Foleys again!

I found Foleys through Builders Crack. They were very good at contacting me via the site and then by phone, and were able to come that day. They arrived about 30 mins after the estimated time, the guy did what he needed to and sorted the job. I was a bit anxious about the bill coming as this was Alert Level 4 and friends told me to expect a huge callout fee. there was none - just the part and labour. I was hugely impressed. I would definitely use Foleys again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in Christchurch :)

This is our 2nd job with Foley's and like the first the advice and the service was outstanding. This job was electrical involving replacement extract fans for our bathrooms where we needed advice on equipment selection and the installation of the new units. Foley's assisted with the unit selection and guided us in their purchase and then fitted them. Great service, efficient, friendly and prompt. After being pushed from pillar to post, I rand Foley's at random over a gas leak. The arrived 10 minutes early and straight into the repair, then onto the gas fire which I had also requested. I asked for the solar person because he has dealt with my unit before. He is knowledgeable , efficient and explains things well. I was happy with everything he did and the only comment I would make is that I think the $100 initial fee is too much. It really adds up to $275 for one hour !

We had a leaking mains supply on a Saturday morning. Foley’s told is how to turn the water off and attended promptly to fix the problem. Also advised on a leaking mixer in the kitchen and organized for that to be fixed as well. The guys who attended on the two occasions were helpful and skilled. Very happy with the service.

Drips started coming from the ceiling of our earthquake-damaged home on Sunday morning. This wasn't the most serious "indoor rain" we've had, but I called Foleys and described the situation, explaining that we couldn't find the point of ingress. The gentleman I spoke to really listened to me, and gave me great advice. When the plumber arrived, he explained everything he saw in the roof space, and showed me photos of what he saw up there. He explained what he was going to do, then completed that job as well as another smaller unrelated plumbing job. I felt that both the man on the phone and the plumber who came out were honest and reliable, and I would recommend Foleys to anyone who needs a plumber. When the invoice arrived, I thought the figure was fair - certainly at the lower end of what I thought it might be. Great service. Prompt, professional and friendly!

The overflow pipe had been running constantly for over a month. Had been in contact with a different plumber and never heard back from them. I saw on a community page someone speaking very highly of foleys so thought I'd give them a call. Right from the first phone call I was impressed! Brilliant customer service and within two houra of the first phone call Mike was at my front door - exactly at the time I was told. I can't speak highly enough of Mike. The job was a bit tricky due to the position of my header tank but he came up with a solution and had the problem fixed that day. Awesome to deal with and very professional. Very impressed. Will be my go to should I need a plumber in future. Highly recommend!

Our company used Foleys for a simple changing of a kitchen benchtop sink and tapware. They were great to deal with on the phone setting up timing, including a late change of time by us. Plumber turned up on time and did a great job, he even helped remove and lift in the new benchtop. We will use Foleys again and highly recommend their service.

Foleys Christchurch were extremely helpful and efficient throughout our interactions. From my initial phone call, to meeting a staff member at our house in PPE to inspect our HWC, to receiving a quote, and getting the work done, I could not fault them. And all this while under Covid 19 Level 4 lockdown!!! All staff arrived when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. Thank you to all that helped us at this time. It was also a plus that they had an electrical arm of the business too. It made things so much easier. I would have no hesitation to recommend them and would use them again.

My father had a leak in his laundry super tub and this had gone into his walk in wardrobe on the other side. He had rang two other plumbers on the weekend, they said that they will ring him first thing Monday morning as there was no urgency as it had been leaking for sometime. This morning he got no telephone calls, very poor service. So I rang Foleys, they said they could have a plumber out there about 2pm, great. The plumber finished his job early and rang my dad and got straight out there. The plumber did not piss around, he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Job is satisfactory at the moment. Not leaking. I wish the first and second tradesmen that came to fix the leak had taken the trouble to repair it properly. Maybe the first two were looking for more work. The third tradesman has done a more thorough repair. I will give five stars for this tradesman work but zero for the other two.

Hot water flow reduced to just a trickle. They drained the cylinder and replaced a valve. Didn't take long and back to mains pressure hot water! I am very happy, they did a good job. Thanks.
