Quick and Easy. Called Hot Water Shop for my hot water cylinder to be replaced and it was all done in one day. Fast service especially when our cylinder was leaking.

I didn't get other quotes - but from relating to what my sister paid for a replacement and a quick look at cylinder prices online, the quote did seem reasonable. Service was great, I was in a hurry and was expecting a longer wait, but once I accepted quote, had the job done next day. Communication with Brendan was prompt.
