High level of professionalism and care from admin team to men on the job. Sorted our outdoor drain problems with care and attention. Highly recommend

Had an water emergency issue and was able to get someone on the phone at 8am on a Saturday. They came out promptly and were able to fix up the issue that morning. While fixing the issue they were able to locate an aging pipe that needed replacing. They had taken a photo of the pipe and it definitely needed replacing. 3 weeks later I've just had someone out to fix the pipe. The person doing the work said he was advised what needed to be done by the person doing the previous job. He got the work done in no time at all. That's a great bonus to the customer paying for the job. I now have Laser Plumbing East on my phone contacts list and will call them with no hesitation next time. Thanks for being so responsive and friendly. Note, I rang a few places on the Saturday morning with the plumbing issue, this was the first place that called me back and was able to get a person straight onto the job. So if you are reading this on the weekend with an emergency job, call them asap!

I wouldn't hesitate recommending the crew at Laser Plumbing Christchurch East, or using them again in the future. They done a superb job as my choosen drainlayer for EQC repairs and made the whole process easy and stress free. They are solution focused, nothing's a problem approach which I really appreciated. Laser Plumbing recently attended my residence to diagnose and repair a misbehaving gas water heater. Due to its age replacement was a possibility. The staff member arrived, when he said he would, he was respectful of our grounds and the interior spaces. He appraised the issue, advised the resolve, ordered the new unit, installed all in 3 hours. Brilliant.

The team from Laser Plumbing that came out to scope the EQC repairs that we needed to our sewer line were equipped with camera and showed a great, friendly attitude; explaining evreything they were recommending and why. Pauline, in the office, followed up with fantastic communication as to who, what, when and how the EQC repairs would be done. When they were held up with wet weather and a rising water table, we always had a call from her with any updates. During these wet day downtimes, Zac and his crew left the site trenches covered and safe for us to walk around our property. They corrected a poorly laid sewer that was done when the house was built! Boy! I have never seen such efficient trench diggers - they would put an excavator to shame! I would recommend this firm without hesitation. Quality and professionalism all round.

We required the replacement of drains at a rental property. The service provided by Laser Plumbing was exceptional. Their efficiency, communication and workmanship was of the highest standard and throughout the job there was no disruption to our tenant. Thanks for the amazing service !

We are 101% happy with the work that the Laser team has done for us. And thanks for extra miles they have gone. Glen was quite efficient and always gave quick response. During the two-week working period, we were very impressed by the precautions they have taken, the minimum impact they've made to our daily lives and their polite and integrity attitude. They even did some extra miscellaneous jobs which were out of the scope but as per our request. They even made contact with the city council to re-construct the storm water outlet (council work) at the street front which was not done properly by the previous contractor - through which we saw their professionalism and perfectionism. Their subcontractor also did a great job on the reinstatement of the asphalt and coloured concrete driveway. Overall absolutely FIVE STARS! I have used Laser Plumbing East a couple of times and have found their service to be excellent. When I discovered a leak on the afternoon everyone was finishing work for Christmas I thought I was doomed to not finding anyone to come asap, but Laser had someone at my place within 20 minutes to stop the water flowing down my internal wall and fix the issue. Subsequently they have also tried to help me in my insurance battle over the water damage which is going the extra mile for a Customer. Based on my experience I cannot fault their service and will definitely use them again should the need arise. Thanks.

Had blocked drains and had to have new pipes laid. Communication from beginning to end with Pauline and Glen was amazing. Everything was clearly explained. Job was done to schedule and the clean up was fantastic. The whole team was impressive. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending using this company. My house was sold but during the inspection the sewer was picked up as an issue. I contacted Laser Plumbing Chch East and they did a thorough CCTV inspection and picked up the issue. They then turned up and fixed the problem. From the time I got in touch with them Pauline kept me informed and Glen got the job done on time. I would definitely have no hesitation recommending them to others and they will remain my go to for plumbing and drainage. Thanks guys you are awesome.

Laser squeezed me in to what was a really busy day, the plumber was really professional and friendly, identified the airlock quickly and fixed it. Also gave me some good tips to try manage It myself next time it if it happens again (we are having lots of water works in our street currently). Another fantastic service thanks Laser.

THANK YOU - Chris and Laser plumbing for your excellent service, we had a rural water tank removed and needed to be connected to ChCh mains water, not only did Laser Plumbing do a great job, but they also were so accommodating with adjusting appointments to work in with our contractors. Fair price too! Highly recommend !!

Rang laser plumbing east about a broken water main in drive way. Their response was very speedy. Tom arrived and got the job done in a very timely manner with very little intrusion. I was surprised and appreciative at the clean up at the conclusion of the job. Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again!

I dealt with Laser Plumbing East drainage department. If getting your drains fixed or checked ask to deal with Stu he was fantastic he got the job done after other drain laying companies stuffed it up many times and then told us it couldn't be fixed he offered a solution quick and fast he came in and got the job done and have had no problems since (other 3 places I had problems within a few days) him and his worker cleaned up afterwards unlike the other companies and just left us feeling relieved and took a whole lot of stress off us. We had a great Christmas thanks to him. Great job Stu and Zach(?) I've been recommending you to everyone.

We had a leak in our pipes that flooded our living room on the same day that my wife was going in to labour. The Laser Plumbing team attended promptly, investigated and located the leak and then fixed it all up perfectly. They did a great job of cleaning up as well.
