Great showroom so definitely worth a look if yr building etc. Service was good, given plenty of options and brochures etc.

Super helpful store!! I had been quoted $300 by a plumber to do a job I could do myself, I just needed to find the parts - which the staff at Mico were more than happy to suggest to me. I had to go back a few times with a bit of trial and error but the staff were very patient and showed me what I needed and how to fix it all. Will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and coming back if I need assistance again :) Thank you team!!

Spoke with Ashley from the Trade Dept - friendly phone manner, she found out if they had the part and whether it was being held for someone else - it wasn't so held it for us. When we arrived, Dave also helped out with advice re the part (same model, slightly newer tap cartridge). Advised us to return the part if not the right fit and reassuringly advised re no problem to contact their customer rep to source the correct part if issues. Glad to say, our leaking tap is now functioning with the part purchased. Great customer service - thank you Ashley and Dave

Very helpful staff. I had a lot of questions about the product I was trying to buy and they were very patient explaining everything to me.

I've come here only a couple of times for new washroom fixtures with dad and the staff here were really helpful on both occasions hence why I came back the second time. There's a wide range of selections to choose from and the prices come down to what type of item you're after. The items dad and I purchased from here have lasted well and also look really good.

The customer service I received earlier this week was excellent, phoned Caroma direct to enquire about a toilet I was interested in. I ended up purchasing my second choice simply because they had it in stock. I was told it would be fine to pick it up later in the week, I suggested Friday and was advised that was ok but it would be a good idea to phone first so they could get all the pieces together. I phoned today as instructed only to be told the store room was closed for stocktake and it was in lock down and I wouldn't be able to collect it. I have the plumber and drainlayer arriving on Monday and now only have a small window to pick it up on Saturday as Mico is closed on Sundays. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I can not understand why a stocktake needs to be done at that time and especially at the end of the week when people like myself are organising for the following week. This should not be impacting your customers especially when they have already paid for the goods. It would have been nice to be given a heads up when purchasing.

It was fantastic. The staff are truly martyrs. I have never had such an educational, spiritual and encapsulating experience. As Stevie Wonder once said that was superstitious.

Not the cheapest place in town but definitely the biggest selection , we had an order come through with a couple of damaged items and they rectified the situation easily.
