M.As a charitable trust we were donated a second hand kitchen which Richard and his team installed into a blank space in an area that had no water or plumbing. His skills are such that he not only sourced and used existing waste and water options but also installed the kitchen to a very high standard. His work ethics, knowledge and ability is very evident by the outstanding result. We now have a space which is making a huge difference to some very special people. We highly recommend Richard Rea Plumbing who has been our go to plumber for over 20 years. Thank you again Richard and team.
C.Another amazing project with RRP. Richard has turned my unpractical bathroom, laundry and toilet into a functional space which has modernised my house. Richard has a keen eye on how to improve unpractical use of space in a home and with Dean and the rest of the crew his ideas come to fruition in a professional manner. The whole team are approachable, fun to have around your home for the duration of the project- even tweaking plans as I suggested that I would like things done a bit differently- nothing was a problem. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing or a building project carried out.
S.My cylinder died over the weekend. We had used this company through work and I was extremely impressed with their work, and how helpful and friendly Richard was. So I called them, they came the day I called, the electrician, Dave Woodhouse also came that day, and by the end of the week I had a new cylinder. Great communication, very helpful, they recognised the urgency and did everything they could to make it as painless as possible for me. They did have a wee accident with my wall but they repaired that really quickly, I can't even see the repair, so I can also vouch for their renovation skills too. An all round great job done, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

k.Absolutely Brilliant service from the first phone call ! Richard is a Master of his trade which is very hard to find these days! I had a leak in my tiled shower which had leaked into my bedroom. I had another company come out to inspect and they had no idea of what was going on. I called Richard Rea Plumbing and Richard has been out twice and never gave up. Richard Found the issue fixed it and now we can shower again! I really cannot recommend this company more... He really knows his stuff. Thank you Richard! Dean and Marshall were friendly and helpful and came up with good suggestions for a couple of tricky problems. Nothing was too much trouble, and Dean in particular went the extra mile for me several times when I had a few extra jobs that needed attending to.

M.We had to use the services of Richard Rea Plumbing previously and were impressed with Richard when he came to sort out the issue with our toilet. So when our hot water cylinder did not work we automatically chose to contact them again. I told Laura what the problem was and she suggested that it may be best for me to contact an electrician, and she gave me the details of a company to contact. (Christchurch Electrical). It did end up being an electrical issue, so I was impressed that Laura did not just send someone out and then charge me to tell me to get an electrician, and to also put me onto a company that also gave friendly and professional service. I hope I do not have any plumbing emergencies for a while but if I do I would definitely contact Richard Rea Plumbing again.
D.We firstly spoke to a very friendly and efficient receptionist at the company before employing the services of an amazing young man named John from Richard Rea Plumbing who proved to be the best thing since sliced bread. We have had many tradespeople over this past few years at our home and John is by far the best tradesman we have ever encountered.
