V.My thanks to the two young men who installed the new hot water cylinder this morning in Lyttelton. They were excellent representatives for their company and I would not hesitate to recommend Whitehead Plumbing because of my experience with them. Special thanks to the young man who made the first trip to remove the tank. Your pleasant and helpful attitude was most appreciated.
R.The plumber was fantastic and such a nice person. He had to plumb in our new fridge and gas oven and was professional and courteous. He got an electriction in fast to help with our old fittings and he was great too. An excellent service and now we are 'cooking with gas' ;)
E.The staff who checked our gas heater is good, but charged me extra 15 min for labour and tried to charged me 'compliance' certificate for $40.00 just for check and cleaning. After I made a complaint they reversed the charges.
T.Brilliant response to leaking hot water cylinder arrived within 15m of call.
Plumber was professional , recognized the problem immediately and had the appropriate part.
