M.I should've gone to Impact first: in contrast to every other roofing company I contacted, they were prompt, professional, explained everything they were doing, completely understood my explanation of the repair needed (great communication between office staff and guy in the van), and I couldn't be more happy with the repair. Best of all, they bothered to get back to me: something I just couldn't get from all other roofing companies (despite me trying often to reinvigorate my query). Did a fantastic job - I'll never bother using anyone else.
