So grateful to the team at ProFlow for getting my kitchen/laundry renovation sorted for me. A very professional company who will go that extra mile making client satisfaction their number 1 priority. The communication was absolutely perfect, I knew what was happening & when so we could plan and proceed with the other parts. Thank you so much guys!!

30th December found the hot water cylinder was leaking out the bottom. telephoned DJ who was around in 60mins & confirmed that a new cylinder was required. he then set about to source a new cylinder & had it installed on the 31st when most people & companies were on holiday. Very professional service, great people to deal with & very sympathetic to customers needs. Really we could not ask for more from these people. I can highly recommend this company.

DJ was fantastic to deal with from the very beginning and he was professional and genuine with great communication throughout the process. His team went above and beyond for us and delivered a high standard quality job and installation. I would happily recommend to anyone.

They were great! Good communication, friendly staff, safety orientated as we were in alert level 3. They came in let me know what was going to be the best method forward and got on with the job. Just got the invoice and I think it was fair pricing ☺️ Overall a very good experience, definitely going to be my go to plumbing company!

Proflow plumbing did an amazing job. Gave a great quote, delivered when they said they would. The work was top quality and the team that arrived to do it were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, you'd not no that they even dug up a part of the garden, as it was put back with such care. I HIGHLY! recommend using them.

DJ was super fast to respond to my request for sorting out the water pressure at my place, did some simple fixes to help me save money. Also provided advice and quote for gas installation. Very genuine and highly recommend.
