K.Called Laser, asked when a plumber would be available, advised would be 2weeks, then asked about urgent service due to a blocked toilet, Susan in the office asked a colleague in the background if anyone is available, was informed that a plumber will be available early afternoon, accepted this, went away informing flatmate plumber coming after lunch, upon returning home at approx 12.15, plumber was on site, had completed the unblocking, then checked the sumps and duly left when they returned clear.Very impressed with the service received and appreciative of how quick they were.

Both the lead worker and his apprentice left our home clean and tidy. As home owners we felt safe and secure and that we would be back in full working order at the conclusion of the job.
